The first time I stayed in the hotel, I felt like home, small enough, kind enough, and caring enough. The hotel room does not have slippers, toothbrushes, kettles, only bath products. Hot water tea bags, coffee and biscuits are available in the lobby. Every time you come back from shopping, sit in the Nordic-style lobby and enjoy the cold wind, hot tea, and chat with the front desk. The family room I live in has one large bed and two small beds. The breakfast is very simple, it ends at ten o'clock, and the food and drink are complete. If you wake up late, there is still bread to eat in the lobby. This is why it feels like home, because there are many times a day you have to stay here. The hotel is close to the castellane station of Metro Line 1. I bought a three-day ticket for the trip. Metro and public transportation are common. All attractions can be reached by no more than two buses. I tried to walk to the old port on foot on the first day, which took less than half an hour. There are Korean restaurants and Carrefour supermarket downstairs. There are Chinese restaurants, seafood and pizza near the subway station. Very convenient.

This is the first hostel where I stayed that hasn't tried to cramp in as many beds as possible in one room. Hence, the rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. They have at least two bathrooms and one toilet. Everything is kept very clean, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the hostel has a very nice location. A s shown on apartment city review. 3 problems ici, Un, le boite de securite ne marche pas. Deux, les couvertures de la climitisation (A/C) sont ouvert. Un ou deux de mes amis n'a pas A/C qui marche. Trois, j'ai requeste 5 nuits mais l'hotl m'a offrit 4 nuits. Sur ma dernier jour, a la derniere heure, le boss (ou maman) m'a offrit un nuit addiionel! Mais j'ai reserve deux nuits avant j'arrive a un autre place et ca me coute de canceller. Donc je suis separe de mes amis pour le dernier jour.

The hotel was quiet (provided your window closes well...), But the darkening curtains were old, and see through. They really provide the minimum Accor benefits for a gold/platinum/diamond member. No way to get a welcome drink for the two occupants of the room, and no gift as a benefit. Moreover it is the only hotel in the town that does not participate in the free breakfast at weekend benefit. Please take that into account. It is not advertised anywhere and we were told that we had to check it for ourselves on Accor website. The hotel takes a lot of advantages by using the name Mercure and attracts status members but they do not take this responsibility seriously and give the benefits as they see fit. The customer is not in a position to negotiate what benefits they want, so why is it so easy for a hotel to opt out?
