Although our stay was fine, we had a very bad experience. My brother-in-law forgot his tablet in his room. He had left it on the floor near the wall and in the morning upon drawing the curtains open the tablet was hidden behind so he didn't see it. Arriving in our next hotel destination (Villeneuve-Loubet) he realized the tablet was left in Toyoko-Inn. He immediately called the hotel and the security guy told him no tablet was found. He went to personally check the room that happened to be empty as no guest was in that room that night. He then told my brother-in-law he didn't find anything. We called the hotel again the following day and we got the same answer. We sent an e-mail to the hotel manager only to get the same answer. Since there was no other guest in that room it seems that only people from the hotel entered it. We can not believe a tablet can vanish without a human intervention so we suspect that somebody from the hotel found it but didn't deliver it to the reception. This matter ruined the remaining days of our vacation and left a bitter taste in our mouths. I sent a complaint to the Tourism Office in M****illes but they couldn't answer me as they are on public holidays! So, if you stay in that hotel double and triple check your room before you leave because if something valuable is forgotten it's more than certain it won't be recovered or compensated.

Citadines Castellane is a very good residence right in the center of M****ille. It’s a 15 minutes walk from the Vieux Port, few minutes on foot from the metro and very close to several supermarkets. The check in was smooth, and the reception has been extremely available and helpful in changing my reservation without penalties even though it was just the day before. The room was a bit small but clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with even a very small dishwasher included.

I'ai fortement apprécié la réception avec l'accueil chaleureux de l'équipe. Le garage sécurisé, paiement en haut est un grand plus. Proximité du centre commercial, de l'autre côté de la rue, c'est un atout indéniable. The room is in line with the ad, but it remains a little bit. The negative point for me, being the shower, I had to curved to take it because for large people, we don't pass inside (198cm). Unfortunately, there were many people that did not think of other travelers, shouting the doors and talking very late in the night.
