The location is excellent, directly opposite Marseille train station. It's only a five-minute walk to the station, which is incredibly convenient. However, the surrounding area can be quite unsettling, with many homeless people. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and the bedding was comfortable. Service was average; check-in isn't until 3 PM, and early check-in wasn't an option. There's a Carrefour Express supermarket downstairs, which is handy. It's a good choice for a stopover in Marseille if you're transferring trains.

They gave me a room without AC, and insisted that’s the only room they had, but they could offer free breakfast to compensate. However, the breakfast ended before 9:55 on the second day morning even it showed 10:30on the roomkey wrap and 10am by verbal notice. The hotel is under refurbishment and will be rebranded as a Novotel I guess. They don’t care about customer service or option as they’ll operate under a new name soon.

The only place to stay if you need to be near the station. It does the job for the price charged.

It's an apartment hotel, so it's convenient for cooking with pots, pans, and utensils in the room. It's a bit far from the train station, but right next to the Arc de Triomphe for photos. All in all, good value for money.

After initial problems with the air conditioning not working properly, we were moved to another room. Good services. Facilities have been upgraded, but could use some maintenance.

Lovely hotel, currently under renovation but staff worked very hard to make it comfortable. There was an evacuation alarm at 6am and we all assembled in the lobby but no one from the hotel spoke to us or explained what was going on, which was a little disconcerting. Eventually we all went back to our rooms.

I found the staff at this hotel particularly helpful and obliging. The rooms are functional and pleasant. The shower was so modern it took me quite some time to figure it out! It is across the road from the main railway station, which makes it very easy to get to. It is going to be under renovation for a short period, from January the 8th. But once this is completed, I am sure it will be even more excellent than it was for my stay.

Right opposite to the train station, superb location. Might not be too good if you wanna explore the more city center of it - yet you have a direct train connecting to the old port in under 5 mins if you want to. Neat and clean, despite might look a bit aged inside and the bathroom would spill over some water, it is exceptionally good given the price and location. Standard breakfast, but good enough for the day!
