The hotel is beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan furnishings and artwork, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location is also great located in the medina, as it is within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions. The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the city and the pool is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
Riad & Spa Esprit du Maroc

Fantastic weekend away in Marrakech in a perfect authentic Riad within the Medina. We booked through easyJet holidays and this included a lovely breakfast. Breads, jams, yogurt, traditional beber omelette which is egg & tomato based. Coffee and fresh orange juice. This is a beautiful small traditional Riad tuck away down an alleyway. Not the easiest to find on your first visit but the taxi driver guided us. They also picked us up from the Riad. I was a little nervous after reading reviews about not finding the hotel but honestly it was fine. We arrived late at night and the staff let us eat in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. We travelled with friends so had two rooms, our friends had the koutobia which was amazing, large bed, two showers & even a little upstairs. It had double doors onto the courtyard with the small swimming pool. Our room was upstairs from the fountain courtyard, again another lovely traditional room. We booked a private tour guide for the morning after arrival through the hotel so this would help us find our way around for the next few days. This was fantastic as we went to places we would never have found and he also gave us points to look for so we could find our way back to the hotel easily. We also booked a massage within the hotel. OMG it was amazing and definitely recommend. The roof terrace is an amazing place to relax and also see the hot air balloons in the mornings. If we had more time this would have been a trip to try. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Hotel Jadali & Spa

We stayed at Jadali for 4 nights and the stay was nothing short of exceptional. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Mehdi, who made us feel right at home, him and the rest of the staff were extremely hospitable through the visit and were always at hand to help with any questions we had, recommendations and bookings. The room was lovely, and the facilities are great, we had a traditional Hamam at the spa which was excellent, and a unique experience. The downstairs pool is incredible, and I suggest making the most of it during your visit. Overall, a terrific hotel, excellent facilities and very hospitable staff. Shout out to Mehdi and the rest of the team!
Jaal Riad Resort

On arrival at the hotel, the main reception rooms are beautiful and have a very Moroccan feel. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The main outdoor pool area is very pretty, and the palm trees, plants and garden areas are all well maintained. Unfortunately, as we were to discover, this was a case of style over substance. The TUI website that we booked from states that there are 5 restaurants ‘to work your way around’ ‘including a fusion restaurant with a creative menu’. This is not true. There is a buffet breakfast room, a pool bar and the only restaurant in the evening was a self-service buffet in the Cat location. The choice of buffet food remained the same every night for our entire holiday. The waiters did work extremely hard here and were running around but it seemed they could do with more staff. There were never any spoons for eating deserts or breakfast. Neither were there any serving spoons for the salads. Occasionally there were tiny plastic spoons which broke when you tried to eat with them. In the evening the bar served drinks in plastic glasses. 5 Star hotel – I think not! Breakfast was very poorly managed. The waiters seemed to ration the amount of coffee we could be served. This was limited to 1 cup each – unless you were able to ‘sneak’ the coffee pot away. Pancakes were cooked fresh, but left out to go cold, with no spotlights turned on to keep them warm. I also had to ask daily for the chocolate sauce (watered down Nutella) to go with them. The cereals were limited to a choice of 3 but often no milk and again, no spoons. There ware some tiny yogurts – but again no spoons. I had to use a fork. Fresh fruit was limited to sliced orange. Used plates were left on the table for the entire meal. The hotel states that there is an outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool in the spa area. The hotel does not state that the indoor pool is chargeable at 300 MAD/ £23 per hour. This is extortionate. I have never stayed in a 5-star hotel and being charged to use the pool. No wonder we didn’t see anyone using it, despite the couple of rainy days. The gym is supposed to be air conditioned but, on each occasion, when we used the gym there was no air conditioning. It was either not switched on, broken or incorrectly described. There was a lack of working plug sockets in the bedroom. Of the 3 sockets available, we had to use 1 for everything. There was no plug socket near to a mirror to dry my hair. I had to use my iPad camera to see what I was doing. The bathroom mirror was tarnished, and I was unable to use for makeup. Insufficient clean towels were left on a regular basis. The toilet paper was so cheap, it ran out every day and needed replacing. The air conditioning did not cool the room, despite being on the lowest setting. Thankfully we were not staying in the peak of summer. The bedroom & bathroom floor were dirty and had not been washed/cleaned. The fridge in the bedroom was not cold enough to cool water and the balcony

A very clean and exquisite shop, the lobby staff are seen cleaning the floor every day. The breakfast is also very rich. Although I don't like taji pot, the chicken taji is still delicious and there are many varieties of fruits. The location is also good, right at the gate of the market, you can walk to various attractions. We even walked past the Ysl Garden. It’s about 25 minutes. It’s good to walk around. I don’t like the taxis here. I don’t like the price. I don’t bother to talk about the price. The attractions are very close and can be solved by walking.
Barcelo Palmeraie

Advantages: 1. The hotel meals are amazing. Buffet is invincible, and it has beaten most five-star hotels in Morocco. This price is worth the dinner. 2. Very suitable for bringing children. The baby club has its own farm, with sheep, peacocks, turkeys, etc. Children love it. They have a full range of amusement equipment and a classroom, which can be hosted. It is a pity that the opening time is no later than 5:30 pm. 3. There are 3 outdoor swimming pools in the hotel. The pools can be launched in winter, and there is an artificial lake for boating. There are also tennis courts and children's golf courses. 4. Beautiful environment, suitable for vacation, palm park. 5. Can add an extra bed. Toothbrush with slippers Next talk about the flaws: 1. The room is too small ... average bedding. 2. The location is very remote, the suburbs, and you can consider own car.
