Longue VIE Hotels

Fairly new and upmarket Modern Hotel, with a Great breakfast buffet. It took a while to check in. Room was very comfortable. There was tea, coffee, a kettle, a fridge, decent quality a hand wash and shower gel, black out curtains, spacious balcony, comfortable bed/pillows/duvet. Had a few issues in the room, there was hair in the sink, shower and coffee area, the shower cubicle leaked and the balcony door did not lock. It was quite noisy at night with heavy traffic - the train station is on the other side of the road. The rooftop bar is spectacular and has the swimming pool next to it. Staff were very professional at all times. Overall a decent stay.

Just returned from a 3 days in this hotel. Firstly all the staff are very friendly and very welcoming. The rooms are lovely and so is the rooftop pool and the rooftop restaurant. Weather was lovely which was an added bonus. The only negatives were that our room faced near the main road and we didn't sleep well due to traffic noise. We did get offered a room change on our 2nd day but it felt like too much hassle to pack everything up for just another 2 nights. Had we been there longer we would definitely have moved to a quieter room. The breakfast was also very nice. We ate lunch on the roof top restaurant one day and had a caeser salad and a bottle of water which was 270 dirhams! A bit expensive as it was mostly lettuce and hardly any chicken or tomato!!! Think there needs to be more snacks options for lunch. The last day the WiFi in hotel wasn't working and we were waiting on our pick up information. The WiFi still wasn't working by the time we left the hotel. Only a few negatives and mostly positives. We did get a nice fruit basket and macaroons left in our room so that was a nice surprise. Don't know if we would return to Marrakech but maybe Agadir for the a beach resort

What a gem of a hotel. Fantastic generous rooms, food, pool area and a hannam bath in the spa is a must. From everyone on our arrival, staff were so kind, warm and welcoming . Nothing was too much trouble. I'm definitely coming back to this gem as there is still so much to be seen in this fabulous Marrakesh.

Very good, comfortable facilities; friendly and helpful staff; very good value. We stayed one night having arrived late afternoon and heading following morning to Essaouira. Selected it because it was across the road from the Supratours coach departure terminus (and the central railway station). Couldn't have been better placed for that. Didn't get to use the roof-top pool (sadly), but had a pleasant meal on the rooftop terrace, and the breakfast was excellent. Would recommend particularly if you have onward connections to make.

Im writing this and i hope someone responsible read it because i had an issue with one of the mangers first of all he was really not clean he was smelling like cigarettes i don’t remember his name but he is tall ,skinny and brown skin when i went up i was surprised that there’s some people in my room i went down to ask for a manger and he told me he is the manger in very disrespectful way and i am not moroccan so I obviously don’t speak the language and he was speaking to some others and laughing outloud i felt like they were laughing at me any way the way of the treatment was very bad and disappointing A Other wise i love the breakfast and the good treatment of the breakfast stuff i like a woman her name was mariam and thats it
