Absolutely beautiful hotel! Such amazing staff and well kept. Pool was lovely felt serene and only a 20/30 min drive to medina - perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle 😍 Amazing massages too!

Purchased a day pass to escape and relax, the day pass included lunch which was pre ordered on arrival, my sister was with me who is 7 months pregnant. Lunch which was a burger and chips was stone cold, I sent it back and it had been reheated including the salad, I didn’t eat this staff didn’t ask why I hadn’t eaten it. We then waited over 1 hour 10 mins for dessert, I asked twice to cancel this yet was still charged additional cost of dessert, complained twice and was asked to to wait a few minutes and staff never returned to resolve the situation. It is a beautiful place but the service was terrible.

My young daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palais Mirage d'Atlas. In particular we enjoyed the pool, the peacefulness of being away from the city centre, the spacious accommodation and the very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel booked a fantastic taxi driver for us when we wanted to go into town, and we ended up using the same driver all week who was very friendly and knowledgable.

Very nice boutique spa hotel. Beautiful spacious suites, heated pool, great food and courteous and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Marketing photos are over-photoshopped. Staffs are nice but appear to be not professionally trained. Facilities are dated. No provision of basic stuffs such as slippers or toothpastes. Room is large in size but no heating.

A lovely spa hotel, situated in the delightful Palmeraie area just outside Marrakech. Throughout our stay, the wonderful staff could not have done more to make our stay special. The layout and style of the gardens created a very relaxed atmosphere. With just 25 rooms, the hotel and gardens never felt busy. Rooms were spacious and furnished to a high quality. We opted for the half board option, and both breakfast and lunch/dinner comprised tasty local and international cuisine enjoyed by all, catering well for two vegetarians within our group. Transfers to/from the airport were easily arranged, as were excursions into the city of Marrakech. Will return for sure!

A beautiful, small hotel with extremely friendly staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. We had a very nice, large room, beautifully furnished and lovingly decorated, with a large terrace. This attention to detail is very noticeable throughout the hotel. You feel at home here and can relax and unwind after the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The pool and gardens also invite you to stay. A car or shuttle is necessary as there are no alternatives for dining in the surrounding area. However, the restaurant serves good food and wine, and the staff go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The only downside is that the additional costs, such as for drinks, are relatively high, which detracts a little from the overall very good impression. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who want to stay a little away from the big city.

A great day of peace and relaxation . Karim was providing a great service and the day felt like an oasis in the crazy world . Everybody super friendly , nice , funny , great with children .. thank you and we'll be back ! and : no silly pop music at the pool - just the birds ..

This hotel was fantastic. A superb welcome provided and the staff could not do anymore for you. Great buffet breakfast and the Evening food was superb. Nice place to relax. Special mention to staff members Hanane, Afani, Assmas and Sokuma ..you were just brilliant. Keep up the good work. Hope to meet you again ☘️
