Loved it here! Basic but beautiful. Very good location, quiet at night and in the day. Roof terrace is such a gem, the staff were lovely, nothing was too much. 10/10 would stay again. Ticked every box for a short trip.

The interior decor was beautiful and the facilities were quite clean. It was a great price (the cheapest we could find for a private room of 3), and one staff member who worked with us was particularly friendly. The location is really great and I really recommend staying here.

Came here which was a pleasant stay just airhbd the corner from the main square and just off one of the main streets. The staff were friendly and it had a nice pleasant traditional feel in the main room off reception. The rooms are very basic with minimal plug sockets, bath and toilet I think on each floor away from the room. There are many vars , restaurants and shops nearby and exchanges for currency are not far away.

Our visit was very pleasant and we both enjoyed it very much. Owner of the place and all of the others working there were super friendly and always ready to help you. The only thing that can be improved is the cleanliness of the toilets and the lack of toilet paper. Toilets clearly weren't cleaned often or at least it was done very poorly.

Nice place, safe, friendly staff, at night i slept good didnt hear any noise. Just missing hot water in the sink of the rooms without shower. Breakfast is good and only 2,50 euro, the waiter and receptionist are very friendly and helpfull! Recommended to stay.

The best part about the hotel is the owner. He is very nice and allowed me to pay the next day after check-in, since it's cash only and I needed to get to the ATM. He even lent me 200 MAD so that I didn't have to stop at the ATM before he walked me to the cafe I was trying to find. He's a very caring, sweet, thoughtful guy. There are pretty plants adorned throughout the lobby and pet birds. It was what I needed (a clean, comfortable place to stay with a bed and private bathroom, affordable and right near the shopping area, but away enough to not be directly in the shopping center, and a lot of shops and restaurants nearby in walking distance). The main thing that I didn't like was that there were a group of girls, who unfortunately were right next to my room, that were extremely loud all hours of the night, 1am, 330 am, all day long and they even mocked a woman who yelled up, Please girls, respect! I had one conversation in my room at 1am and wasn't very loud and she came out the room and yelled respect! After all that extremely disrespectful noise all hours of the night from them, I thought I had to be imagining she was talking to me. They had guys coming to their room, banging loudly on the doors. I hope they all leave before I do. Hope they're gone if you decide to stay here as well. It was a lot of noise from doors slamming throughout the day. I don't understand why some people can be so loud with no regard for others. You can hear all the sounds from the festivities too

A group booking of 7 of us came here between 25th October - 2nd Novemeber and can honestly say it was underwhelming and poor at best. We're four adults and 3 kids (2, 3 and 5.) Yes, this is being written on day 3 of our holiday. We didn't pay a fortune for our all-inusive break, which must be taken into consideration. However, here are some things you must know before booking that we certainly didn't know about before booking: * Breakfast is carnage! If you eat after 8:30am, often you have to wait for long periods for plates, bowls and food. Lunch and dinner are slightly better, however the food choices are quite limited, repetitive and most of the service during these times is poor. We were told today that we couldn't sit at a larger table as 'it was full.' 40 minutes later we left and no-one had sat there. The waiter was rude when we questioned him about this upon leaving. I also.bumped into another guest upon leaving who had seen / heard what had happened and suggested I too report it to Guest Services as he had been there several times to complain about similar issues. I am yet to see a member of staff working in guest services... I am also yet to see any reps around the hotel who could help; if only there were any. * The service at the pool bar during the day is slow (at best) with very limited drink options. Only 7up, coke and Pepsi are branded. Whilst writing this, 1 waited for 5, yes 5 members of staff at the bar to finish talking before they eventually took my order, which I asked for twice as pouring two beers and a gin and tonic was too much for them. * There is no, I repeat no entertainment during the evening for kids. There is often a singer on for a brief period and then a few adult quizzes from 9 ish onwards. That's it. I think I can see why people venture out during the evening, something we are definitely going to start doing. * The entertainment team during the day is almost non-existant. The photo included is of the 'Kids Club' (open during the day on and off) which only really offers colouring which the kids are often left on their own to do (as pictured.) I had much higher hopes for this holiday and Morocco in general, but I can honestly say that I'm not sure I would come back. On the plus side, the rooms were tidy and cleaned, the reception area was clean and the WiFi is relatively good.
