Clean hotel, friendly staff

We booked the hotel two months or more before the date of our trip and paid the entire amount. When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised that it was the Eid period and they told me that the reservation had been cancelled! When I asked about the reason, they told me that they do not deal with the reservation company through which I booked, but all of this was a lie. When I contacted the reservation company, they told me that the reservation was confirmed and there was no cancellation. I called the tourist police, but the hotel management tried to negotiate with me and force me to pay an additional amount When they realized I was still refusing, they gave me the worst room in the hotel

We had a 1 bedroom suite, which was nice enough. However, it was on the 4th floor and there is no lift. There is a kitchen in the room but nothing to cook in. Nor are there plates or cutlery. No tea or coffee provided though there is a kettle. You have to pay extra for breakfast. The pool looked nice though we didn’t use it. .

The hotel room is clean and modern. The staffs are also nice and passionate!

the location is very good, only 5 minutes walk to the beach. the room is also not too big and not too small, just right. the hotel is clean and comfortable. it's just that there is no elevator so you have to make an effort to lift your stuff if you get a room on the 3rd floor. the parking lot is outside the hotel or on the side of the road so if it's a busy season it's a bit of a struggle to find a parking lot. breakfast is standard but still good with a hotel price that is still affordable and close to the beach.

Breakfast is very average. Rooms are better than in the photo. Pool is not heated. Sound is strong. For the night it is a great option.

Location of the hotel was perfect also very quiet employees very friendly and helpful everything within walking distance in the area there are plenty of restaurants and cafes for variety price quality ratio was great definitely recommended

Not a bad hotel in the city center, the room was a little shabby.

Very good design, nothing more. Spacious room! There is a kitchen in the room, but apart from cups, there were no utensils, there were not even teaspoons. The mattress is not super comfortable. The location is good - close to everything.
