Everything was great, the environment was fantastic, it's a resort in the suburbs of Phoenix, so you'll need to pay a resort tax. The only downside was the limited food options.

January is the low season in the hotel, so there are not many people. Just remember to bring a jacket and pants. The swimming pool is at a normal temperature of 80 degrees, which is good. The kids like it very much. There is also Starbucks coffee in it. Souvenirs are not expensive. It is a very beautiful resort.

Property was amazing. Facilities are very nice and great for families, We used the pools, pool restaurant and the fitness center. We were there for a week in early April and it was not crowded at all. All staff was great. On site food is expensive but the resort is located within 5-10 minutes of multiple food options.

place was nice, but pricey for what you get. we’ve stayed at loews ventana canyon resort multiple times, & the rooms & bathrooms are very spacious & they have bathrobes as well. here, we had a fridge but no microwave.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast restaurant can’t handle the amount of people wanting to eat and it had a very long wait. We decided to go eat elsewhere.

This was a nice resort - if I had one complaint, it would be the way the resort was originally designed and laid out - depending on where your room is, you will do a lot of walking to get around.

It was nice - quite location but only one real restaurant option. Starbucks needs more staff in the morning waiting to be served coffee can take 30min
