We had a very good stay at the apartment, clean, comfortable and accommodating although hope that they’ve served daily breakfast. Unit was well equipped, spacious and would recommend to anyone staying at Margs.

Fast check in and easy check out. We had excellent customer service and a relaxing stay. The apartments are within walking distance of shopping and dining and have everything you need to cook if you want to or do some laundry.

Location was great - furnishings were worn and should be updated, but were clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall, a bit rustic. Front desk staff were very helpful.

This is not what any reasonable person would consider 4* accomodation. The appartments are drab, dark, dated and depressing. They haven’t been updated in decades. Carpets are worn through, walls are scuffed and chipped, the furniture looks like it came out of cheap student housing after they were done with it. The previous occupant’s bum print on the armchair was a nice touch (see photo). There is no wifi, the kitchen equipment is old and every expense was spared when it was new. You wouldn’t chance the ‘non-stick’ pans. The spas don’t work and have a sign saying it’s permanent, the pool is stained, the gym has out of order equipment. The tennis court is laughably small and not sure what was going on with the net. We were excited to leave. On the plus side it was clean and not too far from town.

Great location for a quiet get away and family time. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. All the amenities you need including washing machine and dryer. Netflix and a fireplace would have made it absolutely perfect for those cold winter evenings.

Leeuwin is a 5 mins' drive from town centre, walking may take 10-15 mins; location is convenient. There are 4 of us but think the apartment unit given to us is for 6 (Thank you!). There is a kitchen and living area toilet on the ground floor, bedrooms bathrooms are on the upper floor.
Kitchen is well-equipped and we were able to prepare our breakfast and cooked once - instant noodles. Originally, we were advised there is no wifi but we were pleasantly surprised that our unit do have. Nice stay!

Overall It’s nice like home away from home and even laundry liquid is provided. It’ll be perfect if kitchen paper is provided as well. And the windows are locked and we cannot open one/ two ajar for air movement. The only way is open the rear sliding door or front door

Very good stay. The apartment we were in needs a little updating and some maintenance, but overall our stay was very pleasurable and comfortable. The amenities were very good and ease of booking in was very good.
