I paid for king bed size room but unfortunately I was allocated twin beds with an attitude filled hostess on grounds there were no king bed size rooms available. That's gross!!

The hotel environment is beautiful and comfortable. There is a McDonald's and a pancake restaurant nearby. It is close to customers and convenient. Minneapolis in autumn is absolutely beautiful. I love this city.

酒店服務就是沒有，入住時笑臉相迎，一説房型錯了就立馬變臉了。最可氣的是離店後隨便扣款。由於飛機故障晚到一天説不能取消訂單。到了又説因為沒有按時入住房型給別人了。然後就是經理説補償早餐，結果離店後賬户里扣了早餐錢。另外還從信用卡里隨意扣了100多美金的費用。再等着經理處理了兩天，酒店居然不認賬了。 最後攜程賠款。真是側底無語了。一個破酒店入住前就溝通，離店還在處理。一路就處理這破事了。

Room was great. Only thing that I would address is the reading light on the bed closest to the bathroom had a bulb burnt out.

The room was nice and we felt it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet required a payment. It was similar to free buffets I have had at other hotels. There were no offerings for gluten or dairy free. If you didn't plan on having breakfast at the hotel this probably makes sense. If you do want to have breakfast, I would recommend going to the restaurant next door.
