The hotel has a good location, close to Beihu Park, 5 minutes' drive from the pedestrian street, Lubri Russian restaurant, etc., and 15 minutes' drive from the national gate. The facilities are well maintained, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is dry, and the bathroom supplies are Shangri-La's consistent brand. Parking in the hotel is convenient, free on the ground and underground, the staff has good service attitude, and the breakfast has many varieties and tastes good. A little doubt and suggestion: My friend and I stayed in the hotel together. When we made the reservation, we only had a double room. As check-in approached, we contacted the hotel hoping to arrange a standard room for us. The hotel reported that orders made by Ctrip (a third party) required Ctrip to send an application to modify the order. This was also the case when I stayed at Shangri-La hotels in other areas (third-party booking) I have never encountered this before, so you can contact the hotel directly for coordination. But I also respect this difference, so I contacted Ctrip to help send a revised application, but the hotel rejected the application within 10 minutes. From my understanding, if the hotel sees the application and finds that there are no rooms available for adjustment at the moment, it should not reject the guest's application directly. Instead, it should wait until the day of check-in and decide whether to adjust or not adjust based on the real-time booking situation. It's a little uncomfortable to directly reject the online application. When we finally checked in on site, we once again asked for adjustments. We thanked the hotel front desk staff for adjusting a standard room for us, which solved our needs.
