La verdad mala experiencia nos hicieron pagar más ala hora de llegar por que la página no había cargado a nuestros niños y fue una muy mala experiencia el estar alegando con la conserge por que ala hora de la reservacion la página no iso lo que debió haber echo.

This place was horrible. It felt like it would fall down any minute. It’s extremely noisy with loud music starting early in the morning. Kids were running everywhere screaming. The food was so so. Right outside my balcony were 20 or so vendors all day and evening. One day there was a weird show with a group of young people in red dancing around the pool with plastic machine guns pointing at people. I’ve stayed at some very charming places in Mexico, but this place was awful. I want to give it zero stars. Don’t come

I liked the show that the entertainers put on, it's the only redeemable thing since otherwise there is no cleaning, very bad service from the reception, not very tolerant, too many people, the food hurt us. What they promote on their page is all a lie. How sad
