Waipuna is an average Budget accommodation. Please do not be fooled by the pictures of the landscape which is mostly of the adjacent water body outside the hotel.
The rooms are clean, but electronics within the room is average. The Air con in room we stayed was very noisy.
On checkin we were asked additional NZD 300 dollars as deposit. While we had already made payments of our stay.
They have not refunded the deposit amount yet. It's been more than a week.

這間房間整體來看需要做更好的清潔工作。地毯和毯子都出現斑駁,上面還零落着頭髮和指甲渣,顯然長時間無人清掃。作為入住者,為保障衞生健康,我將它們平攤在地上使用。除此之外,牆面灰塵較多,地毯也應深度清洗消除異味。不過,能在洗澡時看電視也算一件順心事。
與會設備和餐食質量都能令人滿意。衹可惜房間衞生狀態讓人失望,特別是夜間隔壁房間因會務作業較為嘈雜,影響用房休憩。整體來説,該酒店環境和服務素質認可,但房間衞生管理尚需加強,需要加強潔麪工作和隔音處理,以提升住宿體驗。希望今後能持續優化,為客户提供更舒適便利的服務。
