Me and my Father stayed for 3 nights, overall it was a great stay as the location is close to everything like mall and other attractions. The room is neat and tidy. My Dad really enjoyed our stay. The service is great 👍 👌 loved to recommend this hotel for everyone 😀

We had a pleasure of staying at Manila Grand Opera Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. My room was spotless and beautifully clean,comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning. The Grand opera Hotel is very good located near by a metro station to be more flexible to go somewhere else.
Bed and room a comfortable and good service.
Breakfast is not much dishes to choose and the coffee is not very strong.
The hotel personal is very kind and helpful.
I can recommend this hotel for short travel.

the room
we had to change rooms because the fridge, the tv and the safe did not work and there was no hot/warm water.
3 times the same maintenance guy was sent to mend the faults but he was not capable , we spent the first morning complaining before we finally got to change rooms.
the breakfast
was appalling , there was very little choice with non of the items having a label to say what it was. the hotel only served coffee you could not get a cup of tea anywhere.
the toaster was filthy and not fit for purpose , any of the unlabelled juices were so watered down that you could not tell what flavour it was supposed to be
all of the tables were big seating 8 or more people and were always dirty
often the food that was supposed to be served hot was either cold or swimming in cooking oil
pool
the pool was clean but never open on time because the staff were always late for work
overall a very poorly run hotel

We book 2 nights on this hotel ang hirap lang pagkatapos maligo kase walang hair blower sa room namin. At nag order kami ng water ng husband ko sa service nila inabot ng 1hour bago na deliver sa room 😂. But bumawi naman sila sa food nila masarap yung buffet breakfast 🤤.

Very friendly staff. The area isn't great, but the city center starts about 1.5 km away. Breakfast was a disaster.

Location was super good. They have already smart tv so we were able to watch Youtube on down time but there's no Netflix account signed in, you have to have your own. The buffet on the first morning was chicken tocino and something that looked like a embutido but on the 2nd morning it was a nice glazed chicken and fish fillet in tausi sauce. Egg station is just the basic. They have some bread selection and salad/dessert. It was a good stay when going around the area and avoiding driving in traffic. 😊

Extremely satisfied! The hotel's front desk staff spoke fluent English, there was someone dedicated to opening the door at the entrance, and another operating the elevator. The shower temperature was perfect, and the lighting was also good. This hotel is highly recommended.

Room is clean but the pool must be cleaned frequently. Buffet is not much. Location of of hotel is accessible as it is close to the train station.
