the place is clean and convenient

Was very comfy with very accommodating staff

First thing my husband said upon check in was, daghan ug ipis. Maraming ipis. Lots of cockroaches. The room is spacious and is enough for 1 person. For the price, I wouldn't pay anything if I had known the issue(cockroach) no matter how cheap the price is. My husband checked out early. Instead of staying 5 nights, he only stayed for 3. The room was already paid for in advance for 5 days. As for me, I emailed red doorz customer service if my husband can check in an hour early but they said they cannot find my booking even after sending them the receipt that it is already paid. I instead searched for Kaizen suites' social media account and called the frontdesk which they confirmed the booking. Kaizen suites still served its purpose. All in all, I would rate a 2.5/5.

Quality, clean budget friendly, accessible.

Its quite good: room is big (25m2) and good located. But there are some problems to be better: no mirror at toallet; the kitchen has nothing elements to preper anything (no sense); and many noise in the part of hotel next to Taft Aveniu like cars and trains.

Clean

The location is perfect because it's just walking distance from my brother's office. Overall room features and amenities are basic and could be improved. Cleanliness and value for money is 4 out of 5.
