4/5Very GoodI think the location is a bit bad, but it was really comfortable. The price was good, the room was big, and there was no window, but there was one embankment. There was a garage, so if you smoke in the garage, there was no cigarette smoke coming inside. Not too picky about the guests, the hotel food and massage service were ok. However, it is recommended to go out and buy food. I have so much to eat. The room is clean upon request. I won't tell you if you don't talk

3/5I was supposed to be a very nice hotel,atleast what i thought at first.almost perfect.but the lobby girl or the female duty manager sometimes is rude or unreasonable.she even ask me to transfer a hotel just because i asked why they didnt inform me when my live in partner goes out of the hotel which stayed in other room (which i paid).basically its like i have the right to know if my things in that room are safe or is stolen.and if my family member or daughter is gone.they said it is thier protocol.(im very strict to hotel safety because im a chinese CEO of 3 company so i assumed they know how important safety is and nowadays chinese kidnappings are very common.)but 1 time they we are in a room,when i fall asleep,no one informed or call me when my live-in partner goes out twice that morning wth a suitcase and wth my atm! Ive been staying here for almost 2months!Now this morning they are calling for my extension or rebooking,maybe about 3times,but i was in rest room,and i was also hesitant to answer coz it may not be them who was calling,maybe my live in partner(which we had a fight lsst night),but i called them before my chek out time(2:00pm),i called around 14:51pm.then she was rude asking me to hv an early booking.ofcourse i will book earlier if i have made up my mind.i should have move out when my roommate goes out wthout informing me.because of the vault that ive requested didnt came for several weeks.my atm was stolen wth 20k cash!!the room is nice,but they dont hv standard room whenevr i asked.only on online booking.the cleanliness is 50/50,ive been to hundreds of hotels,suites,but this is not as good as the others.if u have no time to look for a place to stay in malate.i recommend this,but there are many other hotels that hv kind and more respectful staffs and managers.even if u hv stayed for so long.thier sister company victoria hotel in malate is much better.they just have wifi issues. They have mini suite room to vip room.the bathtub is good.and lastly,if i want them to get rid of someone in my room,they said they cant!i first time encountered this kind of hotel.overall its a 50/50 hotel for me.or maybe 60/100. Maybe it is only suitable for short stay.

3.2/5Cant trust thier protocol about calling me to inform me if my partner will leave or check out.and not cooperating willingly,for cctv checking due to my atm was stolen or used before she left. the duty manager who is a female is rude often times..dont know why rude to me.

Service is 50/50,they didnt follow up for the exhange of may room. and whenever i extend my room,they are not giving my daily neccesities such as toothbrush tissue etc..always waitng me to call .and i feel when u stayed long,they will not be so cooperative to inform u there is a new available room that ive been waiting for so lonh. to let u transfer . I already stayed for around 2months
