Hotel Sogo Recto

The location is quite good super lapit lang. Goods naman yung aircon but some of the amenities like yung bidet ang hirap gamitin napakahina den buga ng tubig even the flush. Executive binook namin expecting na maayos. Also yung bed sheet kadiri may stain stain na but we have no choice. Yung unan pa gray na yung color. However, some of the front desk are not welcoming. They says that the main reason is due to system error. When we’re checking in expected to have fast transaction because we booked online. However, they prioritize more the walk in. It took almost 4 hours before we enter our room. We arrived before 2 then pinaghalo halo ni ate yung papel listahan daw nauna pa samin mga bagong dating kasi they have parents. Super hassle like pagod sa biyahe. Then waiting for that long. We even stay in deluxe room then switch with our true booking which is the executive. Such a hassle and nastress pa.

It’s clean and the location is very accessible. It’s near my examination site which is the UE Dent.

We waited for a little while, medyo matagal ng konti. Akala namin kapag nakabook na online, mas mapapabilis makaakyat sa room, medyo napatagal. When we entered the room, grabe yung amoy ng sigarilyo, we asked for the housekeeping, we requested another room kasi grabe talaga yung amoy ng sigarilyo when we specifically put sa remarks na room na malayo sa smoking area or wala po sanang amoy sigarilyo since the purpose of our stay there is for board exam. The housekeeper just sprayed fab con kaya nung bumalik kami after magsimba, nandun pa rin yung amoy ng sigarilyo. Okay naman yung stay, although maririnig mo talaga yung kabilang room.

Have a friendly staff and the amenities are excellent!

BOOKED AROUND 6PM then The Telephone Operator called us around 11:30 am informing us the checked out time is 12 pm Usually in other braches they consider the time of the check out is during the time when they checked in but suddenly here in SOGO RECTO they told us that their policy is different other than sogo branches Which is very Unfair in a Good Costumer like us We even agreed on the room they gave us even if its not a Smart TV like we Wanted.. We're very disappointed about this We hope this never happen to other guest. Soon Thankyou The cleanliness is at its high quality though.

The place is nice and comfortable. Their service is good and the staff is approachable.
