Dormitels.ph Ermita

It was worth its price, I did get bothered by how they had me wait for a long time to check my reservation since their system wasn't working and my name didn't show up when they searched. I contacted customer service and they resolved It pretty quickly, the room itself was what they described but I don't think I'll ever book there again.. I'm not that picky with the environment of the room, but the service and overall experience was really just "Take it or leave it" for me.

Perfect for travelers who prioritize location and safety over luxury services. It is situated in a very convenient and secure neighborhood. While the facilities are modest compared to more expensive chains, the price point is unbeatable for this area. Not for a picky person.

I am well aware that I booked a relatively cheap place at dormitels ermita but what I experienced was beyond terrible is just straight up not livable.  I will just let the pictures speak for themselves

No television and some light on the ceiling was busted

The dormitory was reportedly full when I checked in and the receptionist quickly offered a choice to put me up at a sister branch nearby, which I accepted. The bed was basic and clean. The restroom can improved improved in terms of cleanliness, but considering the high utilization I can accept. Overall, I recommend Dormitel Ermita for a quick stay in Manila.

Where we stayed near Intramuros. Nice hotel for its price.
