Best Hotels in Manhasset

Some of the reviews were not great and I don’t understand why. This place is amazing. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. VERY clean, comfortable bed and pillows, nice bath tub/shower. Great water pressure and heat. Nice nice vanity. Fridge and microwave, coffee maker, Desk, chair, TV. Bed side table with drawers, dresser, big mirror,open closet, iron/iron board. Free wifi. Free parking. Great lighting. Stayed 2 nights, king size room. I’d say the hotel is more of a 3 star.

Always a quick place for me and my gf to get a weekend getaway to shop and got to local restaurants. Clean and sometimes a bit busy depending

The hotel room is comfortable and warm, the important thing is that the clean room facilities are suitable for hair dryers and irons. The hot water is easy to use and feels good. It is recommended to use it.

Very good, the price is good, everything is good, the only thing is, it would be better if there is a kettle for boiling water in the room, or it would be nice to get a kettle from the customer service, sometimes it is more convenient to make tea, anyway It's a good price

Very good. I booked it through Ctrip. The room is clean and hygienic, the air conditioner works well, the breakfast is delicious, and the hotel staff are very friendly. I plan to live here next time I come to New York

Let me start by saying I was almost going to go with 3 stars, until I saw the last person's review (only 1 review at this time), and it makes a lot more sense now. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff were very attentive. I'm excited that IHG now has Indigo hotels, not excited that we can't use our points there! The hotel is a little pricey, but for us, it was totally worth it. We were doing a romantic dinner nearby, so the location was convenient and the lure of having outside space sold us on the property. The hotel does have a parking garage attached, however, it is not part of the hotel price, even though the hotel actually OWNS the garage. They charge $30/night for parking per car--no discount if two people are staying in one room with two cars--they should definitely reconsider this. I have to say, the manager was very accommodating, and other than that hiccup, our stay was quite pleasant. The rooms, as the other reviewer mentioned, are brand new. They have a safe, coffee maker and a fridge (always a plus), but no microwave. The restaurant is not ready yet either, but again, the space is lovely and it's just opening. Not having breakfast available at the hotel was a little inconvenient, but we went with Uber Eats in the morning. I saw quite a few airline stewards and a pilot as guests, and they offer a free shuttle to the airport, which is a great feature. You can see Citifield from the room so again, nice location. We had the king suite on the 11th floor with the balcony. The A/C was very loud, but otherwise, the room was fantastic. Shockingly, although planes are flying past all the time, THAT noise we couldn't really hear.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the downstairs is close to eating, drinking and entertainment, and the parking in the basement is also more convenient. The room was spacious enough to sleep four adults, and the breakfast was standard in the US.

The hotel was a good choice in an expensive market. The exterior of the hotel is undergoing renovation. The room we had was very clean and seemed partially updated. The bathroom was also clean but the finishings were marginal with wallpaper puckering and some poor finishing on the baseboard. The room was comfortable and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a quite good as the food was of higher quality than most hotels that include breakfast. Coffee was also very good, not coffee house quality, but above average for a hotel. Check-in was efficient and staff were exceptional. The direct connection to the Hilton next door provided access to a full restaurant for late dining. Given the options, I would rate this an excellent option near JFK.

When I checked in, I was asked to make a security deposit of $200 even though I prepaid for the room with a credit card. There were no snacks or beverages in the room and, even though I asked, I was not given a proper explanation for the purpose of the security deposit.
