住了好幾次了這次住的是最不愉快的房間裏的抱枕是多久沒有換了啊那麼臟

每次去芒市都是入住貝殼酒店，老闆人很好，很熱心，房間環境很乾凈整潔，服務態度很好，本來續住了後面因為有事要離開，本來以為很難再退了，但是酒店還是很貼心的幫我們解決了，態度很OK的，早餐好吃，還有小禮物，特別貼心。

房間窗户外是一面牆，毫無光線可言，一進門一股黴味，嚴重和圖片不符合，又黑又悶，廁所很臭，網絡也不好，前台工作人員很客氣，餐廳的服務員很差勁，也不主動詢問客人是否需要吃米線，等客人問了才愛理不理的煮。房間真的太差，了，不推薦入住，還特色大床房，真的太差了！大白天都需要開燈，真的分不清白天黑夜了

老闆很熱情，交通很方便，酒店不遠就可以租電動車🛵..帶孩子，老闆還貼心選了個低樓層房間

酒店環境一般，太舊了。馬桶上有污漬。隔音等於沒有，一早就被其他客人的説話聲音吵到醒。服務員態度還是很好。就是環境不盡人意。
