Hotels near Sandamuni Pagoda, Mandalay

Location is okay, not too biased, but relatively quiet. The room is slightly smaller. The waiter was very welcoming and ok. Breakfast is simple but full. Nothing else.

I stayed at Holidays Pier Hotel for 2 days during my business trip on November 2025 . The room was beautifully and clean. The location was perfect with city view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a delightful experience.

The hotel staff was courteous, kind, and made my stay comfortable. When I asked the front desk staff at the hotel about how to get from Mandalay to Bakan, they arranged a driver for me. (OK Express buses currently do not allow tourists.) The driver was a really nice guy, and delivered me both on time, politely, and safely both ways. I would also like to thank the hotel staff who made the arrangements.

The room is ok, slightly smaller. The bath water is large. The hotel is OK. Breakfast is on the top floor and the scenery is good. Parking is convenient and has its own parking lot. The front desk brother and the waiter communicate no problem. The price/performance ratio is OK.

The breakfast was unexpectedly rich, the staff was very welcoming, and the BBQ, which was loved by a local Burmese, tasted good twice. Location, I feel that Mandalay is almost the same city, no picky, the average driver knows this hotel. In addition to the hot water is not hot, the check-in experience is good.

Travel hospitality with hotel owners let set, good hotel location, convenient transportation. Hotel room area is large enough, well equipped, clean and tidy. Hotel Beds hard and soft appropriate, very good sleep. Sister and friendly reception. It will be re-ordered.
