The property and the setting are wonderful; beautiful property to walk around and enjoy, amazing sunset views, great pool, nice rooms and common areas. The staff are exceptionally nice, helpful, and accommodating. The nearby small towns have some great food, and the hot springs nearby are a must-see - just a short few minute drive away, and the staff are very knowledgeable about how best to enjoy the experience. Their wine and olive oil are also very delicious - highly recommend the wine tasting!

This a wonderful family-owned winery and villa. Fabrizio made our stay special. He made himself available for a winery tour and tasting at the last minute. We had a mishap with our keys that created a bit of adventure that I won’t get into here. But Fabrizio again did all possible to make things good- “you are here in my home and I want you happy here.”

It is a very nice place, great locations to the Cascade del saturnia hot springs, nice people at the desk, really pastoralist place, no elevator to the first floor (only 2 floors) so needed to carry the luggage, room was ok but the shower was too small. Breakfast was ok but it took time to bring Coffey or any other. I recommend booking the wine tastes at least right after booking - we have missed it because it was full. Recommend for 1-2 nights

Fantastic hotel, gorgeous pool, amazing gardens surrounded by wine grapes. The owner and staff are very friendly and arranging, they really aim to offer the best service possible, which was definitely the case for us. I would recommend 100% and surely come back.

First I want to talk about service, we thought check-in was until 11p as stated on *******. But that information was wrong, regardless the hotel staff Gemma reached out to us before closing asking our arrival time. Because we were arriving after check in she made all the arrangements for us to be able to get into the property. This kind of service is priceless and we are very grateful for it.
The property itself is beautiful, our room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and morning breakfast was good. The property grounds are beautiful. 10 minute drive to Saturnian hot springs.

We would highly recommend this beautiful property. The whole site was restored to a high standard with beautiful decor and surrounding property. Owners were lovely. On site restaurant although limited nights open was a special treat.

This property is absolutely incredible. The staff is extremely hospitable, friendly, and speaks English. There is a restaurant and winery on the property which is incredible. It is also very close the saturnia hot springs, if you are looking to go there. I will absolutely be booking another stay here next time we are in Tuscany.
