We stayed here one night for a concert. Staff were very friendly and the location was convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was gorgeous and the room was insanely pretty. The room was spacious and the location is perfect. 10/10 I would recommend this hotel to anyone in Manchester.

We were there for checked in quite late but they assisted us with happy face. The room was clean but the heater to the shower was not functioning well as we went there during the winter. so it was really cold for us to shower. Other than that, they also have laundry for free which is nice

Large room compare to other hotel. Have kitchen facilities, we cooked for breakfast. Welll located, easy to move around

Excellent services by staff and all are very friendly. Room is clean and has everything I needed. Close to city centre and good restaurants, including Chinese and Indian. Room was quiet and this helped with sleeping. I will certainly stay in this Hotel when I come to Manchester next.

Great location. Walking distance to Manchester central locations. Room was kitted out nicely with a comfy (but soft) bed, small kitchen for those who may want to make simple meals and not eat out. The room and its lighting is quite dark but I was ok with that. My allocated room was facing a back street into a car park so I was protected from the street noise and the bars and clubs over the weekend. Unfortunately the room itself was not very sound proof due to its wooden floors and paper thin walls and doors. I could hear people walking up stairs, showers and toilets running, people talking next door, people slamming doors, chatting in corridors, TV and music going .... If you are a light sleeper, don't think this is the hotel for you or bring ear plugs. The wifi password also did not work for me. Went down to reception, they said they will get maintenace to sort it out but it never did. Chased it up the second time and they said they will follow it up but no one came and it was never fixed so I gave up on it. Breakfast package is excellent value at $15pp. Overall it was an ok stay but I can probably get more peace and quiet for the same price elsewhere.
