AC Hotel by Marriott Manchester City Centre

The location is great Room and service is quite simple. Close to road a bit noisy if leave the window open. But anyway, great and comfortable stay.

Excellent service by Jean. She helped with our check in when there was an issue with finding the booking. The beds were comfortable but the floors were slightly dirty with food and breadcrumbs on the floor. The men’s lobby toilets was shocking and could definitely be cleaner. Walking distance to many food places, grocer and public transport. The hotel entrance unfortunately faces the back lane so you will walk pass quite a few rubbish bins and have to deal with the smells.

No chair inside the room, the lighting inside the room is too dim and we need to use mobile phone for additional lighting.

Great experience and polite staff however they did have a lot of homeless tents etc outside which is outside of the hotels control but still quite a nuisance and a safety concern

Clean, stylish and peaceful. It is worth paying extra for the breakfast too!

Very bad...false alarm woke us up at 2.30am....without proper reasons and apologies .......wondering why it is marriott chain hotels....a bit disappointed

Choose the hotel for its location. All what you need ia there . Nothing special but all good
