The service is good. The location of the hotel is perfect around Chinatown near the city centre. The facility is good

The hotel was ok overall. The room was an upgrade that we paid for and it was quite large however was cold for the first night as it took ages to warm up. Bed was comfortable and pillows were very soft. The breakfast was quite a small hot food selection compared to similar hotels. There were no fried eggs, tomatoes or black pudding which I missed. Some of the cooked food was cold but the food there was good quality. I would probably try a different hotel next time.

Service - nice, the staff members are very friendly and kind. I will give 4 of 5. Breakfast - they don’t have lot of variety of breakfast. But what they have is alright and taste okay. I will give 4 of 5. Location - good and bad. The good part is it is close to a lot of places. For example, art gallery, the library. So it is really good for people want a convenient travel. However, the location is very very noisy at night, and some how, our room is not sound proof enough, at Friday night, a bunch of people singing on the street with microphones at 11:30pm, and we can hear all of them (we are in fifth floor, don’t know how people in the first floor would feel about it..). Room facility - bad. It is not a 4 star hotel level. They do not provide fridge or room bar. The Tv is very old and the carpet of the hotel is very old and a bit dirty. The table and chair on the room is squeeze, and not stable. The whole room is just very old. Room clean service - good, they do the service good and in time. In general, I don’t think this should be a four star hotel - at least based on our experience. It could be a alright three star hotel and a normal two star hotel. Location of the hotel is very good and I paid quite a high price but I think it is pricey for it’s service. The room was spacious but facility was minimal. The breakfast spread was also minimal and very ordinary.

 Nothing negative, staff were lovely, room clean and comfortable, nice bar area. Would stay again

The location was really good, right opposite china town. The bed was comfy and the AC was very nice. My allergies flared up quite a bit so maybe the carpet or the room might have been dusty. The bad part is that there was an eyelash cluster on the bed and also in the toilet where the glasses were. The second towel kept in the toilet also smelled but the rest of the room were squeky clean.
