Nice clean room and modern clean shower room. The hotel is in a good location and within easy reach of the city centre. Quite a good buffet breakfast but the restaurant area is quite small and gets very busy so best to avoid peak time.

We enjoy staying at this hotel as it is spacious enough for 2 pax and good breakfast provided daily.

Everything was perfect. But it was a matter of big surprise/shock that this holiday inn Express hotel has not got a single USB charging point, not in the room, not in the breakfast area even. Would suggest to make some small investment like couple of thousand pounds in putting some USB charging points at least in Public Areas. Even busses and taxis are providing them The kettle in the room was so unique.

Basically the services and facilities is fair ok, not bad but not surprise; the food quality is relatively good but type and sorts are limited.

Convenient location, friendly staff. Room was clean but breakfast was a bit cold. Good selection at breakfast though. Would stay here again.

The room is nice and tidy, but the sofa bed is  not really comfortable.  Location is good.
