The Pleasant House

The hotel is very very, very bad conditions. there is no any I Privacy, anyone coming? Any people inside that don’t look not working there is not a TV that the bad wardrobe everything is broken. The room light not working. There is no any heater no fan Very bad condition. I booked last time. I stay only 30 minute then I leave this hotel. I apply for refund. They don’t give me refund as well please No one going and booking this hotel

It was freezing in the room. There was a piping sound every 5 seconds. The bed had stains. Just all in all terrible, definitely not worth it even if it was cheap.

Good location and facilities plenty to do near by and staff are pleasant

I enjoyed the place and the facilities.

My man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom  As for the the essential part of the trip, my associate commandeered a new sleeping partner, So many thanks to the OUO house members for letting us stay in Middleton 😘

Bathroom was clean on day of arrival then became absolutely filthy and wasnt cleaned for two nights in a row. Place is very far and difficult to find transportation to get to and leave from.

Scam people please don’t book your hotel from trip.com and OYO the pleasant house. When we reached the hotel, there was a number pasted outside the door. It was written call on the number. When I called on the number he refused to check in and said take your money back. When I called OYO service because their number was given on emailed I received. They said no booking with this reference number. Now I contacted trip.com they said owner first said we checked in. When I asked for proof no answer. Trip.com is scam website don’t book on this site.

This is a scammer, fraud. Disappointed not even hotel it's a private home under refurbishment Also the service was not provided. He said the room I booked is not suitable and I should pay to upgrade and he not refunding my pay . I will surly see to the bottom of this.
