My experience with this hotel is truthfully one of the best so far. The service was beyond great I was treated with respect. Also the two gentlemen working at the front desk stayed patient while helping me when I was having trouble with my card to make payment. Would stay there again and most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect stay.

There is nothing to say about the conditions. It is a good place to live in seclusion, and it is not very convenient to not drive. Breakfast is charged, there are Starbucks, and there are services, which are better. I chose a good one and tipped it, not wanting to let Lao Mei think that the Chinese love to take advantage.

We were there for a dance conference. It was bananas. Antonia at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient. We opted for the pool over the waterpark and had a great couple of hours. There were food option within a short drive. The Starbucks on sit does not have the full menu, but there is one a mile away.

It was a little loud with other guests through the walls and on the balconies even late, and the hallway was a bit of a maze. I ended up finding a quicker way to my room than what the staff had directed us with all our bags. The bathroom was very tiny eith not much space to close the door. Otherwise it was a great place to stay with excellent food for both dinner and our breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the convenience of the waterpark. We would stay here again.
