Excellent services and everything was great

We came home Tuesday after a long eleven nights. We had a great holiday. There’s are many staff members that made our holiday amazing such as Umut, he works in the restaurant, pool bar and lobby bars, he was very kind, helpful and attentive from the start to the end of our holiday. Another member was Resul, he was on lobby bar 2, he was making cocktails to our liking and was very friendly. The main staff at the pool bar that were called Mehmet and Furkan they were very friendly, welcoming, and knew who we was every time we visited. The lovely lady at the patisserie Fatos was also very kind and helpful. At the beach bar Suleyman was helpful and polite and always he looked really happy. Seeing staff happy makes you happy as well. The two ladies in the lobby bar were called Ayse and gamze and they were amazing, there were one day where I was really poorly, they was doing all they could to make me feel better and to make me feel happier. Burial at the passion bar was very nice always making excellent cocktails,milkshakes and smoothies. Another lovely lady we would like to mention is the lobby cleaner Sacide, she was a kind hearted lady, very friendly and ever so helpful. Overall on our holiday, all staff mentioned were very friendly, attentive, provided a superb service, the entire time we was there their bar superviser who helped with translating Emre should be very proud of his team. The ala cartes we had two, we had both Italian and Mexican, the Italian was outstanding, however this restaurant is always full. I recommend that the hotel, swaps the Mexican and Italian ala carte places over just as the Mexican on our holiday was never full. The Mexican was nice food. Both staff in these ala cartes provided an excellent service. The grounds were very big, and the beauty of the layout is well organised. The hotel is clean. The rooms were good and clean. However, the food at the buffet restaurant would put us off coming back to this hotel, as there is not that much choice. Food was very repetitive. We found breakfast and evening very tough to find food we liked. Overall, the hotel is a beautiful hotel, with the best staff, but we are unsure if we will return unless the buffet restaurant is improved.

Positives: Good value for money. Food ok. Nice location. Fairly clean. Good service mostly. Nice views. Negatives: very noisy everywhere thanks to high number of noisy guests/children. The worst for me was the permanent mainly techno music in all bars and around the pool. The noise also in the dining areas and in the room and the lack of soft cushions for the sun loungers will prevent us from coming again.

Just returned from a beautiful stay at this lovely hotel with my family to celebrate my daughter's birthday. Lovely welcome from the very start and all the staff we came across couldnt do enough for you. Have to give a special mention to Ferhat and Kasim in Lobby bar 2 and Bekir in the restaurant who were so so friendly and helpful every time. Food was lovely and the hotel and surroundings were so relaxing. It was our very first visit to Turkey and can safely say we picked a really good hotel. If there was one just small criticism I had, it was that you really need to rethink your shower/changing arrangements for people who are having late flights. Our flight was very late in the evening and it was not ideal having to shower in the basement with people who were also using it who had been in the gym, just 3 showers was not ideal, plus nowhere to change apart from one changing room which was open to everyone and was also very busy. Would be better having either separate facilities/room to change into for late flight customers.

Fantastic hotel and staff would definitely recommend, hotel is clean, food is what you would expect from all inclusive, drinks are good (not watered down) plenty for the children to do arrived just as the season was starting and was not disappointed

This Hotel exceeded our expectations with its attentive staff, delectable cuisine, inviting bar, and stunning seaside setting. Nermin Acarer (Sales Asst. Manager) and Taner Kasalar’s (Asst. Guest Relations Manager) exceptional service added a personal touch to our experience. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable getaway by the sea. We can’t wait to return for another wonderful stay!

My husband,my Daughter and I have just come back from a week in this hotel and we were not disappointed,the rooms were very modern and clean, we arrived at 1am and check in was quick and easy, porter took our bags to our room, my daughters pull out bed wasn’t made up when we got there but they were very quick so sort and made.The air con in room worked well, we left it on all day and night as we left 1 room card in the slot the whole holiday as it was extremely hot when we went.the pool was so warm and inviting,plenty of sun beds but do start getting full around 10:00. Free mini bar in room which gets re-stocked every day, which I thought was a nice touch. The breakfast did seem a bit repetitive but found plenty of different meals at lunch time and tea time. There are a few Al A Carte restaurants that you need to book in advance but so worth it as we tried the Far east and the Italian. My daughter is a fussy eater but ate everything put in front of her as she loved it. Manavagat market is on Mondays and Thursdays which is worth a visit.also the big Nova Mall. 10 min on the bus and only €1 per person. The hotel has its own private beach and pier which is lovely on an evening with a bar and live music. There is a sports area to the side of the hotel in beach where you can hire jet ski’s, you can do parasailing, banana boat and much more, we all done the parasailing which we all enjoyed. The evening entertainment could have been a bit better but 1 night they had a retro night which was absolutely brilliant. Would definitely come back to this hotel.

We stayed at the Arcanus Resort for 2 weeks in October, 2023, with a family of 9 ranging in age from 23 to 85. We had an excellent experience. We were especially impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff was, at the reception, spa services, restaurant, cleaning, etc. We had a multi-lingual company, speaking Russian, English and German. Our rooms were comfortable and cleaned every day. We had enough linens, towels, robes, slippers, drinks, etc. All the grounds and facilities are kept very clean as well. The restaurant had great variety of foods every day, for all 3 meals, and open long enough to accommodate all guests. There was enough seating for our large group. We enjoyed our meals every time. There are other places to eat and get drinks around the resort so we were never thirsty or hungry. Deserts were especially impressive, with large variety of Turkish baclavas. We all went for hamam, they had a private session for our large group. Great experience as well, taking care in accommodating our senior parents. We also had additional massage sessions. There is a variety of activities at the resort to stay active: yoga in the morning, water aerobics, water sports, table tennis, volleyball. We tried them all. They have special staff that organizes the sessions and games. Beach was great as well, mostly sand with a few pockets of small pebbles washed up on the shore. There is one place with large rocks, but it can be eastly avoided. Fish likes to congregate around the rocks, so it's the place where some people went snorkeling. We enjoyed swimming around the pier. Water was very warm and clean. As for evening entertainment, there was a program for kids and adults every night. Kids program was pretty much the same every night, but adult one had different performances every time. And now for the cats. There is a colony of kitties that live on the property. They are well behaved, clean, healthy-looking and accustomed to the humans. Cats are allowed inside the property as well ( lobby, restaurant, hallways). If you are not a cat person or allergic, this is probable not a place for you. We have cats at home, so we enjoyed there presence quite a bit. Now for the negatives: If you went to the restaurant towards the end of the service, there was a chance that they would be out of some juices or coffee in the machines. At the spa they were kind of aggressive in trying to sell us additional massage sessions. Yoga was very simple and more of a series of stretchers rather than actual yoga. This is also not a quiet place. There are a lot of guests and also active evening entertainment programs, not just at the Arcanus but also at the neighboring resorts. So, there is usually music late into the night, at least till 11 pm. And lastly, since it's located on the outskirts of town, you need some means of transportation to go to Side or other places. It’s our 3rd holiday at the Arcanus and we’ve already booked for next year. Our check in was really efficient and all the reception staff very helpful. This time we enjoyed the renovations and alterations that had been made since our last visit, the entertainment/stage area is greatly improved and gives a feeling of a night out. The food choice is extensive and even the most choosiest of eaters can definitely find a choice to eat. Despite being extremely busy the waiters/waitresses are quick to notice an empty glass or cup that needs refilling and if Bekir is your waiter then his amazing smile will definitely start your day. The al a carte restaurants are definitely worth a visit, the food, the ambience and the service is first class. Visiting the beach bar and snack bar is definitely a must, it makes a nice change to eat outdoors and sometimes a ‘snack’ is all you need. The rooms are all newly renovated and are very bright and smart. Our room was cleaned every day, obviously with the amount of rooms, staff are limited to time they spend in each room but we had beds made and clean towels each day and the bathroom and bedroom floor wiped. We didn’t expect anyone to tidy up the counter top or put things away that’s NOT their job and I think in this area some people do expect too much. The pool area is always clean and set out beautifully, you can be guaranteed a lounger anywhere around the pool. The gardens are beautifully kept and the plants and flowers are always a show.The choice of drinks in all of the bars is tremendous and service, considering the number of guests is amazing. Ferhat in Lobby bar 2 makes the best ever Exptesso Martini !!! Lobby bar 1, downstairs is a lovely cool area to sit indoors and enjoy a drink, this is served by Rifat,Ayse and Gamze all very friendly and extremely efficient. One person who does stand out is Taner from guest relations, IF you do have an issue with anything contact him and speak to him, it’s no good taking your complaints (IF you really have any) back home with you and then complaining, give them a chance to sort things whilst you’re there. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a hotel anywhere, where the friendliness between all levels of staff is apparent and we can’t wait to go back
