Imagine after checking into your room that unsupervised children ring your doorbell and run back into their room where no parents are supervising them. Explored on site dining and decided on the Asian restaurant Bo-Sami, had to flag down staff to order and seek other assistance, quality of food as disappointing as the service. Wife had car valeted after shopping and the valet attendant lowered all windows and when the car was returned the rear window was not operating and denied lowering windows. Duty manager said he would have it fixed only to find out they stuffed a piece of cardboard inside the door panel to prop up the window but communicated they called a mechanic to complete the work. Housekeeping, did not change bedding after our first night but only remade the bed. A very disappointing experience to say the least.

Gross.... They have a "Health Club" Gym and no one there, no towels, wet floors other gym people using hand towels for showers. Dead insects and pests. Terrible mold smells. I am appalled... I mentioned this twice and nothing has changed. Can't wait to check out soon.

My first visit to Bahrain. It was a business trip. The Radisson Blu Diplomat is centred in an area were most businesses are of close proximity. (Major banks insurance companies etc...) . The standard room was very cleen, neet and tidy. Not to mention the bed was very comfortable. There was a complementary gift waiting for me when in arrived. Also there seem to be no noise coming from outside what so ever. I enjoied that there were more than two or three restaurants to chose from. Also the lobby area was very lively. I would love to vist this hotel again

I have had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Blu for business on various occasions. The stay makes for a relaxing one and the service is unmatched. From the front door to exit they do not miss a beat. I would eat breakfast each morning and Shah would be there every morning ensuring I had exactly what I wanted. In short, everything the Radisson Blu makes for a great stay. Highly recommend.
