The Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is the perfect little get away! Our room view was amazing! It was basically like we were literally right on the ocean! The service here is great. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful! Food was good as well! Definitely cannot wait to come back here again!

The place was beautiful just like the pictures. Service in restaurants, poolside, beach was slow if we got any service at all. Had to eat off-site for good food. I have a genetic heart condition and am on a low-sodium diet. I ordered a meal that didn't have sauce and wasn't something pre-seasoned. I requested no additional salt. When it arrived, I could see salt all over it. The waiter just shrugged and took the plate and said 'well I told them.' Not what I expect from a 4.6 star hotel.

The property was absolutely gorgeous, the pools were beautiful and warm, and the staff were all incredibly kind and attentive. Really made us feel like VIPs!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, this is a first class operation, the staff was very friendly and always accommodating, the facility was absolutely beautiful, the views are outstanding, highly recommended. Restaurants on site are superb, specifically Polpo Palm Beach.

Our entire stay was complemented by the beautiful room, the surrounding pool area, and the overall beauty of this resort. The spa was one of the top five that I have utilized. The restaurants met our expectations. All employees that we encountered were always very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Eua.

The facilities were great. We were there during spring break and it was lively, but never felt crowded. The staff were all friendly and offered just the right amount of attention to us. I generally do not prefer to constantly be asked if I'm ok or need something, so this was just right.
I like that it is walkable to some restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood felt safe. A couple of times I walked alone or with just my young teen out towards Lantana and felt safe. Also I was at the resort for some of the time with just my young teen and we felt safe.
Not the resorts fault, but the beach is not as it appears on the website photos. Unfortunately, erosion has done a number on the beach. But, what's there is still pretty nice.
