If you are looking for relaxation, rejuvenation, a clean and quiet environment and above all very, very kind people, this is the ideal place. They treated us like family, and we can't wait to go back next summer.

The hotel, just steps from the sea, charmed us with its cozy vibe and exceptional service. From the very first minute, we felt welcomed and very comfortable. The reception girls were absolute stars!A huge thanks to them for making our stay so comfortable. The whole staff was lovely—always smiling, greeting everyone, and checking in on us 🫶. Rooms were spotless, with plenty of storage space. Daily housekeeping was available if needed. We adored the food and the lively chefs! Every day they whipped up culinary masterpieces, surprising guests with new delicious creations 🤩. Bonus perks: - Compact gym on-site - Car rentals (available at the hotel or nearby) - Bike rentals - Direct bus to Chania every 30 minutes (runs until late evening) If you're heading to Crete, this hotel is a fantastic pick for your stay on this stunning Greek island 😎.

The hotel is 2.5 hours from Heraklion (airport) at night and almost 4 hours during the day. Food: all the hot dishes were cold, even if you arrived right at the start. The special items were gone after just an hour and weren't replenished. There's only one open bar in the restaurant. The lobby only has space for about 15 people. There's a bar there that isn't staffed and only serves as decoration. Drinks from the bar aren't allowed in the rooms. All-inclusive included beer, wine, and raki. Because of the bar in the restaurant, you had to get your drinks yourself in a plastic cup, even in the rain. The beach across the road was so-so; we didn't go there. There was a pool, which looked clean, but we didn't use it. The town is very small. Long walks on the beach aren't possible. It's recommended to rent a car in town. The supermarket is only a 4-minute walk away. The rooms were small but clean. The restaurant area was also clean. Since there wasn't enough space for all hotel guests, on some days you had to wait in line for about 30 minutes. Service in the restaurant area and in the room was very friendly and dedicated.

Basic hotel where the food is of low quality mass-produced food and gets boring very quickly. The location is quiet and therefore pleasant during the high season, but there is little to nothing to do in the surrounding area and walking in the heat limits the possibilities. The fan in our bathroom was broken and was not repaired, the safe jammed and again we had to wait a whole day before receiving help, and towels were not changed on Sunday, meaning we were quickly left without them in such high temperatures. The toilets were not allowed to be flushed with toilet paper, but the tiny basket where you were supposed to drop the paper was emptied only once a day (except Sundays)... Consequently, not surprisingly, an ant nest broke out from the bathroom into our room; it was anything but pleasant... no help with this, so we had to systematically exterminate the ants ourselves and look for alternative toilets if we wanted to spread fewer odors, given that the fan remained broken... Finally, our room door also got blocked, meaning we couldn't get in or out (luckily we had booked two rooms with a connecting door)! Management was not present at the time to come to our aid, so we had to wait hours again before getting a solution. Fortunately, the staff remained friendly, but you mainly had to exercise a lot of patience, or forgive them if something couldn't happen during your holiday. An alternative room was not offered. The room next to ours housed stray cats that visited our terrace at every turn, causing considerable nuisance. For us, the room experience was therefore absolutely not worth repeating. The beautiful swimming pool was regularly taken over by all kinds of entertainment, meaning it didn't always stay quiet and the floor around it was often wet and very slippery. The outdoor bar was occupied by people sitting on the bar stools, making it almost impossible to pass along the edge of the pool and the bar towards the outdoor toilet. Given that that side is the deepest part of the pool, you had better watch to see if the children could pass safely on some evenings/afternoons. The hotel looks nice in photos, but there are too many downsides to fully enjoy it. In terms of price-quality, this is not okay. Fortunately, there was a quiet pebble beach nearby, where it was pleasant to spend time in the evenings when the temperature had dropped a bit, and we also got to see beautiful sunsets. But is that really necessary in this place? This was fine for a one-time visit. As far as I'm concerned, I really don't need to go again...

Very good family hotel. Very good cuisine with Greek specialties. The cooks are always smiling and are courteous, the same goes for the cleaning ladies who work hard in the heat, everything is clean, the rooms, the gardens and the swimming pool. The beach a little stones but the hotel provides free deckchairs as well as canoes. Beach monitored by hotel volunteers as well as entertainment. Thank you all we had a very, very good week.

Everything was perfect ! From the bar to the buffet, including cleaning service and reception. The staff is smiling and pleasant no matter the time or location of the hotel. I honestly have nothing to complain about.
