Exceptional service and care! ​I had an amazing stay at the hotel, largely thanks to Mariangela Papadogianni from Guest Relations. ​As someone with severe food allergies, dining out can often be stressful, but Mariangela made me feel completely safe and taken care of. She went above and beyond to accommodate all my dietary needs and food preferences, coordinating perfectly with the kitchen team. ​Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication to guest safety are truly commendable. Thank you, Mariangela, for making my vacation so wonderful and worry-free! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful week at this hotel celebrating my father-in-law’s 60th birthday week. Fresh and clean facilities, the possibility to grab gyros by the pool whenever you wanted, and delicious drinks. The staff were very friendly. The A la carte restaurant Oregano on the beach was really good. An extra special thanks to the entertainment staff, Andreas, Lukas, and Julius. They played padel with my father-in-law several times and provided fun entertainment, which made the whole family’s vacation even more enjoyable.

A wonderful hotel on the seashore with beautiful landscape. Everything around the pool and throughout the hotel is thoughtfully designed for your comfort. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and everyone will find something to do, from sports grounds to water slides. The entertainment team is wonderful, athletic, and has a fantastic daily program. The hotel is a 10 out of 10.

We have just returned from a wonderful week-long stay at this hotel. The property itself is lovely, exceptionally clean, and the grounds are beautifully kept. With three pools on-site, there was plenty to keep our 3-year-old thoroughly entertained, and the kids' club was a fantastic option for getting the little ones out of the midday sun for a bit However, there were a couple of areas that fell a bit short for us: The Room: We booked a standard room advertised to sleep three, but it felt barely large enough for two and had next to no storage space for our clothes. If you are traveling as a party of three, I’d highly recommend upgrading. Housekeeping: While the beds were made daily and the floors were mopped, the sinks and showers weren't cleaned every day. The Buffet & Seating: The adult selection at the main buffet was great with plenty of variety. However, the children's section never changed, serving essentially the same food every lunch and evening. The buffet also gets very busy at breakfast and dinner, meaning tables can be hard to come by. We noticed a similar rush for seating during the evening entertainment by the pool bar. Overall, we had a really nice holiday and would definitely consider returning—we would just make sure to book a larger room next time!

We spent a wonderful holiday at Atlantica Ocean Beach Resort and can’t fault the hotel itself. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool area was well maintained throughout our stay, and Chania is just a short drive away. One honest note: the beach is average — it’s pebbles, not sand, and the entry into the water can be a bit rough. Bring water shoes and you’ll be fine, or spend your days at the lovely pool instead. This is typical for this part of Crete, so no points off for the hotel. The highlight for us was the dining. The buffet offered great variety with fresh, well-prepared food every day. Special mention has to go to Efi, the restaurant manager — a true professional and clearly the right person in the right place. She kept everything running seamlessly, was warm and attentive to every guest, and her team’s service reflected her leadership. Staff like her are what turn a good hotel into a great one.
