Pullman Maldives All-Inclusive Resort

Everything was good but they refused to award me my Accor points because I used trip.com to book. I find this ridiculous

Opportunities for improvement: Rooms 1. consider using small bottles of water that can fit into the bar fridge. Cold water after a hot day is a game changer! Melange 1. Surf and turf: the big prawns and lobster meat were frozen and were not really attractive. After grilling, the meat turned out to be partially soggy, which is a turn off. 2. Suggestion: for the grill, cook to order instead of preparing the food and leaving it under a heater lamp. I.e. lamb cutlets, pork chops, grilled sea bass etc. Freshly grilled food taste better and maintains the high quality. Grilled food left under a heater lamp becomes either soggy or too tough. 3. Same suggestion for breakfast waffles: make to order rather than leave it on the plates ready to go. Examples of great service: 1. Mariana helped prepare a ice bucket of champagne for us even though the honeymoon comment was not originally registered by trip.com and pullman. She was very helpful and remembers what clients say. Top marks and greatly appreciated! 2. All buggy drivers greet upon pick up and some even went out of their way to reverse so we can video manta rays in shallow waters off our villa. Truly deserving of the great service tag! 3. All waiters serving at all restaurants always asks whether we want water to start off. It feels like an SOP but we love it! Consistent and service with a smile! Was truly a great experience and would love to come back again!

All I dreamt. Majestically gorgeous place. Staff friendly and professional. Amenities are clean and nice. Food excellent. Pool side villa which I stayed with my wife and Duaghter was gorgeous, clean and well designed. Best for families although they had special honey moon program Far from male airport but well worth it.

This resort is with great landscape, amazing ocean pool villa, nice staff (They’ll chat with you and remember your name, food preference, and room number maybe. Thanks, Zin from Melange and all staff from Sol Rising and Souq Oven). Though not many food options, still can’t complaint anything because it’s All Inclusive with such a large collection of wine and beverage. Still Sol rising and Souq Oven were my favorites for powerful breakfast and pasta. Wish could stay longer!

Massage was amazing. Anoj & Mara took good care of us for our honeymoon massages. Couldn’t fault the massages. Was left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. There was a range of options to choose from with a large amount of extras to add on. Was very impressed.

The whole place is magical. We went with my husband to get a massage and it was the best we have both ever had. The food ,drinks and whole place is five star. Cannot fault anything. I would definitely recommend getting a massage if you are staying there.

Our massage was a beautiful, relaxing experience with Mara & Rani. So fabulous that we have booked in again for a facial tomorrow. This experience is a must when visiting the outstanding Pullman Hotel in the Maldives. Thank you so very much.

It was our 10th stay in the Maldives and we have never felt so comfortable on any other island. We were warmly welcomed. The island impresses with many details and beautiful decoration. We felt very welcome. The villas are breathtaking. On no other island have we had such high-quality and varied food prepared. This applies to all restaurants – whether breakfast, lunch or dinner! We were very positive about the care on the beach/the interior of the island and also the cleaning of the pool and the garden area of the beach villa. The activities offered were extensive and very well organized. The reef is in very good condition and there is a lot to see. It was the perfect vacation for us. What we experienced there is difficult to describe in words. It will be hard to find an island that is comparable We would like to highlight a few employees who made our vacation special: - Hassan He was always present and radiated calm and contentment. As a guest you can tell that he loves his job - Skillz Team Lakshmi, Siva and Biyaja We loved everyone very much and were inspired by the professional work and friendliness - we will never forget you! - Cleaning and minibar Naushad & Sandika made our stay at Villa 503 special. The cleaning was extremely good and attentive. Also refilling the minibar. Both employees noticed what we needed and fulfilled all of our wishes without us asking. Even the ones we didn't know ourselves. Thank you for that! - Executive Sous Chef Dharmapriya Hettiarchchige We would like to thank you very much for the pleasant tour of Villa 418 and especially for the special dinner on the last evening at Melagne. The dinner was simply breathtaking and exclusive. The presentation of the food was phenomenal. It was the best dinner we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. As a guest you can tell that he loves his job. Of course, thanks also go to all the other chefs and employees who were there for us on this special evening - All waiters & staff Unfortunately we weren't able to write down everyone's names, so we would like to thank everyone for the good service and every nice conversation. The service was very attentive everywhere, we always had refills and they knew our preferences.

It was a great experience because I was on my honeymoon, the hotel upgraded my room for free, the ecological environment was great, there were lots of tropical fish in the sea, the service was very good, the housekeeper arranged all the itinerary for me, the food in the restaurant was to my taste, it was a pity that it rained on the last day, I will come again next time
