On my way bu train I had to book a hotel for one night in Cirebon. So many offers, but Metland hotel stood out. First the location from railway station to hotel. 5 minutes walk. Checkin lady was so friendly, room was neat, great matress, a/c working, tv and nice barhroom with hot/cold shower. The most surprising was the internet connection; was stable and fast! Breakfast was more I hoped for. Indonesian and western style, a kot to choose from. Again service was so friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

Generally is a good hotel, it is part of a longstanding hotel group Santika, located in the middle of Cirebon. It is an older hotel compared to some in Cirebon. The service is very very good, the staffs are very welcoming and informative, health protocols are in place and the lobby are a high ceiling semi outdoor which helps with air circulation. CIrebon can be a bit cold at night, and many visitors hang around at the Lobby in the evening time. The cleanliness of the rooms are okay, a little bit of spots here and there, it will bother some people who are very concerned with this type of thing, and it was sort of an okay for me. Breakfast service were fairly standard, the staffs again were very nice and helpful. They have complimentary car washing for guests with cars. Overall iit wasnt super special, but it wasnt that bad.

It's a bit funny. It's actually a nice hotel in a central location, the price is competitive, the food is very good, but 1 a good one if you read my review, if you arrive at the hotel, you will give it on the 3rd floor. Don't be there. The room is very hot, The air conditioner is cold for a long time. I complained 3*. They just scanned me. When I entered the hotel, it was hot and hot in the oven. On arrival, we weren’t greeted immediately by anyone from the hotel. Although the bellman came shortly to collect our things. Check-in was little challenging because their staff weren’t that fluent in English luckily my brother-in-law was their to interpret. But it’s okay we were able to communicate most of the time but this is something they can invest and improve on. They are most helpful when talking to the delivery guys from gojek because all of them cannot speak English and we are thankful for the front desk staff from saving us all the time. The rooms are spacious and clean. Was surprised that the room advertised as Queen Bed is more likely using a King Bed. It was huge to fit in 2 adult and 1 kid. Toiletries are provided but take note they don’t have a shaver. They also do not have an Iron and Iron Board to loan. If you need to press your clothes their housekeepers can do it for a fee. Breakfast on weekends are more “extravagant” they have more varieties in terms of live stations. They also have ice cream and fresh fruit juices! Both local and western food are available. But then again we need more people learn how to speak English most of the waiters were unable to understand us nor can they express themselves. Overall this hotel is good and recommended.

I was checked in with Sri Mulyani, her services so great, so kind and good manner, She gave me a good room and nice stay with bentani hotel. The breakfast so satisfied, I was so enjoy the foods very much. The taste of food cannot describe, I like it so much. Teh ambience and vibes of hotel very nice and good atmosfer
