Great central location, but the room didn't have a private bathroom which was quite inconvenient. The digital lock was a bit tricky to use; you had to enter the code every time you went in or out. On the plus side, there's a water dispenser for refills and free washer/dryer. Nearby, you'll find Ah Ma Ho Liao, Tiong Hwa Hainan Chicken Rice, and The Daily Fix Cafe.

Good hotel. I had a spacious room with a window and a pleasant view from it. It was clean, with fresh linens and towels. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning wasn't running at full power, but it cooled the room to a comfortable temperature. The shared shower was a bit inconvenient because there were no hooks to hang towels and clothes, or a shelf to place shower gel or soap. These are small details that are part of the basic necessities. Just like a mirror in the room, which was also missing. But as expected, there are water coolers with free, accessible water. The woman at the reception was very friendly and pleasant. They respond quickly to WhatsApp messages. Check-in was easy. They answer calls. I wish this hotel and its staff prosperity. They are doing a great job. I would gladly stay again, in the same room with flowers in the window.

The shared toilets and showers were very basic and primitive. The showers didn't even have hooks for towels or clothes. Basic toothbrushes weren't provided. The soundproofing in the room was terrible; light sleepers would definitely have trouble falling asleep. It's also directly opposite a mosque.

My first stay here was with my child during the summer holiday, and this time it's for work. Both times have been quite good, at least the place is clean. It's located right in the old town, which makes shopping super convenient. The security access is also pretty good and safe. And you absolutely cannot miss the durian ice cream shop not far from here – it's amazing! 😎

I booked the room for three days and asked them to clean it multiple times, but it was never cleaned during my stay. When checking out, they charged us 20 MYR per room for being a few minutes late.
