Had an amazing stay at this hotel! 🌟 The room was super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our second time here and it has always been a great experience with the hotel rooms. The shuttle service to masjidilharam is perfect, but the gate under clock tower most times are closed, unlike before. So we have to divert to jabal umar area before arriving the outdoor courtyard.

Amazing Hotel and service, and it location reached by shutle to haram mosque, i really recommend this hotel for anyone who look for economic budget hotel but still vrey well service and located at good spot.

I asked the manager to give me a nice room as i staied many times here and he instead gave me an upgrade ti exucative suite 😍

Great hotel, the rooms are spacious. You can take a bus to the mosque. It's not far at all, just a short walk from the bus stop to the mosque, as long as you don't go too late. There are also many buses, so even if it looks like a long queue, it moves very quickly.

Buses come every 3 minutes, but from the bus stop you need to walk quite a distance to reach masjidil haram. It’s not convenient for elderly or for those who have difficulty in walking. Otherwise hotel itself is good.

Second time I opted this hotel. I reached there at 9.30am and check in starts at 16.00 so they charged extra payment for early checkin which is more then I paid via trip.com Hotel is good, breakfast is excellent, shuttle service is perfect. I never wait for more then 5 minutes for shuttle to move. It's always standing at door which is +++ point. But in rush hours police close the way directly to Haram from the drop point and you have to take a long round and go to Haram after crossing Makkah Towers from Ibrahim Kalil road. This distance summed up for 1.5km which is very difficult for elders and ladies. Overall in this price hotel is perfect.

The hotel is average overall. Room service is not good, and cleanliness needs improvement. Customer service was also not satisfactory. However, the shuttle service to Masjid al-Haram is very good and convenient, which is the best part of this hotel
