The Makarem Ajyad Makkah Hotel is an excellent choice for pilgrims, offering a perfect combination of convenience and comfort with its prime location just a short walk from the King Abdulaziz Gate of the Haram, which made attending prayers effortless. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained by the attentive housekeeping staff who ensured we had plenty of water daily. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from every team member, from reception to housekeeping, who were consistently courteous, welcoming, and eager to assist. With a delicious breakfast buffet, useful amenities like an ATM in the lobby, this hotel provides great value and a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely return.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Stayed at Makarem Ajyad for the second time and it was once again an amazing experience! The location is perfect, just a 3–4 minute walk to the Haram. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. The staff at every level—reception, housekeeping, and restaurant—are professional, welcoming, and always go the extra mile to ensure a perfect stay. Check-in is quick and hassle-free, breakfast is excellent with a great variety, and there’s even a dedicated prayer area inside the hotel. Management is clearly doing a fantastic job. Definitely one of my top choices in Makkah, and I’ll be coming back again!

Dear Trip.com Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at Makarem Ajyad Makkah booked through your platform. I have stayed in several 5-star hotels before, but unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I have encountered. The housekeeping staff behaved in an unprofessional manner. A cleaner approached me questioning why I had complained about him, even though I had not made any complaints. This made me feel uncomfortable and was completely inappropriate. In addition, whenever we requested room service or assistance, we had to call reception 4–5 times, and the service would arrive only after nearly one hour. Such delays are unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide 5-star standards. This experience was especially disappointing as we were visiting Makkah and expected better hospitality and professionalism. I kindly request that Trip.com investigate this matter with the hotel and advise what action can be taken. I would also appreciate consideration for compensation due to the inconvenience caused. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making the stay even more relaxing. Everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service!

The guy at the front desk very friendly and helpful evethough we are so late to check in because of car accident on our way to hotel

Everyone was incredibly helpful and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. The baggage storage process was remarkably straightforward and completely hassle‑free. The receptionist was exceptionally polite, answered all my questions with patience, and handled my check‑in exactly when I needed it. The designated prayer space was a thoughtful and much‑appreciated bonus that truly enhanced my stay. I required assistance at one point, and the service employee not only kept his word but responded promptly and professionally, coming up to check the room without delay. Overall, my stay genuinely exceeded my expectations. The level of care, efficiency, and warmth shown by the staff made the experience truly outstanding.

The hotel is beautiful, and its location is very close to the Haram. The soundproofing in the rooms is good, and the blackout curtains are excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Location is about 5 minutes from haram, we had triple room but only 2 person with breakfast . We asked if you could swap 1 breakfast for another meal but they refused
