The room was very clean and consistent with the photo. The landlord is very welcoming and the location is very convenient.
The Clipper House

The room is large, clean, the service staff is super good, his home may be 10 rooms, living here is warmer. Not far from the bar street, close to the main road, it will be a bit noisy at night. In addition, the hotel starts to block traffic at around 5 pm, until the evening, please pay attention!

The location is really good. It is in a commercial place and near to everything like convenient stores, fast food restaurants and small eateries . The room is really clean and the fragrant of the room is really relaxing. The shower room and the toilet are separate. The staff are really accommodating and are always smiling. The drinking water is refillable.

5 star!!! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good, we enjoyed it! They also gave me free upgrade because we need 1 queen bed instead of having 2 single beds. A Crystal clear swimming pool, jacuzzi is so nice!! Front desk staff who assisted me for check-in and kuya guard sa pool area are so kind, I forgot his name pero we went to the pool around 8am. Thumbs up!!
Luxe Air Residences by Makati

The unit itself is spacious, and the bed is good for 4 pax. We enjoyed our stay here. However, the room could use more cleaning. There's dust on the floor as well as on the wall. The bathroom doesn't have a bidet, which is ok. But, when we requested a pale and a dipper instead, the caretaker said he was unable to provide them for us since they were used on the other unit. Overall, the stay is good, but a lot of improvement is needed.
Raffles Makati
4.7/558 Reviews
My family and I, including my 90-year old mother, stayed in a 2-bedroom suite at the 21st floor of the Raffles hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of the month. Despite coming in late in the evening, the hotel was fully staffed to welcome and assist us settle into our room with ease and comfort. Right off the bat, we felt safe staying in the hotel – from security screening of vehicles entering the facilities, canine-(bomb) check of guests’ luggage, to temperature monitoring of guests as biosafety checks for COVID-19. The lobby was awesome, and we’re equally awed by the spaciousness of the rooms, the high-end appliances and quality of toiletries provided. As we were all tired from a 17-hour flight from Washington, D.C., we all slept like a child under complete cover from city lights and noise. One of my sons wakes up early and orders room-serviced breakfast every morning, which a hotel server promptly brings up at 5:30 am in a well-presented table setting. Absolutely professional and exceptional service. The rest of the family ate breakfast at The Spectrum which offered a variety of breakfast cuisine – Indian, Filipino, American, Japanese including desserts and fruit juices. I specifically craved for their Arroz caldo, fried fish (danggit), longganisa and other Filipino delicacies. The rest of the day was spent shopping, as Raffles hotel is a walk-away from Glorietta and Greenbelt shopping stores. My wife and I often visited the gym and swam at the 4th floor pool, as the Raffles’ pool located in the 9th floor was under renovation (minor disappointment). All in all, from arrival to departure, the hotel staff provided exceptional service and our stay at Raffles hotel was nothing short of a very pleasant experience. Will I be coming back to stay in this hotel? Absolutely!
