The room we booked was dirty, the tables and chairs had hair on them. The headboard and bedsheets were dirty. We even had to clean it ourselves. It also smelled bad, we had to spray Lysol. That was our last booking at Eurotel.

The room was okay. The only issue we had us that we had to change rooms because the bathroom has many insects flying around. Location wise it is great because it is near malls and restaurants. There's a near 7 11 also.

Walking distance to malls, park and church. Have a friendly and helpful staffs.

It's a budget-friendly hotel. The room I had is probably better suited for short stays, but it has everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good too.

It was a disappointing stay from this property. From the Check in process and the dated room, the hotel needs a major make-over.. I also saw a cockroach in my room. The only redeeming qualities are the location and fast wifi..

I’m Japanese and stayed here for 3 nights without breakfast. I often use this hotel because I have things to do nearby. The hotel is clean, and the communication with the staff is minimal, which makes it comfortable and easy to stay here. The air conditioner in the room worked fine, but the shower temperature and water pressure might not be satisfying for some Japanese guests. However, they were acceptable for me, so I had no problem. I would like to stay here again.

The room is clean and the ac is good. However the service is not that good.

The stay at Eurotel Makati with family was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the room, the bedsheets did not feel fresh, raising immediate concerns about cleanliness. The towels provided also had visible stains, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Complaints regarding these issues were raised with the staff, but no proper action was taken. There was no prompt response or effort to resolve the concerns. Additionally, the requested make-up room service was not followed, adding further inconvenience during the stay. Overall, the experience was unpleasant due to poor cleanliness, lack of responsiveness from staff, and failure to meet basic housekeeping standards. Significant improvements are needed to ensure a more acceptable experience for guests.

Weekdays napakarami house keeper. wala manner ang ibang house keeping crew nakikipag agawan pa ng elevator sa mga customer para hindi naorient ang staff nila. madumi ang bed sheet nagrequest kami palitan kase sobrang dumi. kulay Basahan na as in. yung ipinalit ganun din yung color white grayish na ang kulay at inilaban pa talaga ng staff nila na ganun ang kulay ng mga kumot nila. kadiri. from suite room nagtransfer kami sa standard room jusko wala man lang cup or baso. yung shampoo ginupit na sachet na tigtatlo yata yun tas ginupit lang ganun din sa toothpaste. delubyo ang shower. naka rain shower ka nga na hindi mo na malaman kung saan direksyon pumapatak ang tubig pag maliligo. ok namn ang lasa ng food nila yung bedding lang tlaga kadiri na ang mga kumot dapat palitan na nila mga mukha ng basahan. wala complimentary na coffee or tea sabagay wala nga silang tasa. electric kettle kailangan pa irequest. isang towel lang ang ibibigay walang basahan wala din maliit na towel. maingay yung aircon hindi ako nakatulog. dun sa nilipatan namin hindi mailipat yung channel ng tv sira yata. Location maganda katapat lng ng waltermart at conveniece store accessible sa lahat. pero over all I will not recommend this hotel, hindi ka makakarelax.

The location is very good and accessible to all places. Near business district of makati. Walter mart don bosco makati square and restaurant. Definitely will stay here again for sure. The staff are very courteous and polite.

Very clean and nice

An exceptional stay from start to finish! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every staff member was warm, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay memorable.
