I wasn't able to check in because when I tried to contact them I didn't receive a response so I left the premise. I tried to cancel since it was also a last-minute . I asked for a refund since I wasn't able to check in but they refuse to send me the refund. This was awful. I came from a long trip from Japan and was looking for a one night stay in Manila but this is what happened

The experience was good since the location is just in front of the VFS Global where I had an appointment. I liked the stay.
