The ambiance of entrance of the hotel is so ecclectic and the floors are teeming with artwork make it unique. The beds are so soft we were well rested. Charlene was very accommodating all the way, making sure our stay went without a hitch. Despite the absence of ample parking space, we were accodated with the staff where to park it safely. All in all, Unwnd Boutique Hotel is definitely one of our WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN list of places we visited.

Location: 5/5. Easy to locate and is really in the certer. Service: 4/5. Front desk is easy to talk to, cheerful, and responsive. They also update guests from check-in details to hotel activities via Telegram. Their area for improvement though are the attendants at their resto (7F). Cleanliness: 3/5. Beds were clean and neat. The room we got was tidy upon arrival. However, the restroom at our assigned room has a pungent odor that even Lysol® can't eliminate. Also there were nymphs occasionally. Amenities: 4/5. While it doesn't have the usual ones like the pool or gym, it has an art gallery plus a rooftop that has events every weekend night. Also, they have card/board games that we borrowed. These made our stay more enjoyable.

Best Hostel in Manila without a single doubt. The receptionist was great, the breakfast was amazing and had a lot of variety. Upon check in I received a free ticket for a drink at their 6th floor bar. The view is great and the staff was very friendly. The rooms are clean and their are plenty of other restrooms on the other floors.

The price is very high, it is suitable for temporary stay, there is a restaurant downstairs, only a minute away from the convenience store, daily shopping is also convenient, and the most important point, there is a separate shower in the room, overall, the stay experience is very good,

Eating around nine o'clock is not very convenient. Same as dormitory. There are six bunk beds. If you want a cheap one. It's ok to live. The price is cheap. It's ok to live.

It's very crowded inside and too small! No Wi-Fi! ! The room is too small! Hope it can improve! The good thing is that there is an elevator!

A decent place to crash. I highly recommend staying here. The staffs are kind and courteous. Comfortable beds and great work area, although the WiFi is such a hassle. I would recommend to have your mobile data ready and stable. The shower room is so small (legit) it's like your standing in a coffin or sumn hahaha lol (I don't really mind tho). I would definitely book this place again. The place is great, but it still needs improvement. If you're looking for a comfy place to sleep I would suggest this place. Overall I would rate it a 3.8/5.
