Located on the Rhine River, the morning is very quiet and the scenery is beautiful. The hotel is very quiet, the room feels and the area is spacious. The breakfast at the hotel is very good, but it is recommended to market in the nearby town centre.

We stayed in this hotel for a weekend. Our family room was ok: surprisingly spacious, quite comfortable beds. But it smells muffy (also wasn't getting out with airports). Despite closed window, you can hear the traffic noise from the Landstraße and the motorway that pass directly by the hotel. The bathroom was in a limited condition: extremely renewable, flat washing basin, flat shower, toilet, which would have to be replaced and very unpleasant smell. Also breakfast was extremely easy, the tables in the breakfast room were smooth and with EUR 13 per person the breakfast is definitely overpaid. We were now 2x in this hotel, but this time was definitely the last time!

We were looking for a accommodation for a night as a concert took place in the slaughterhouse. The location is almost directly opposite - very practical. Before check-in at the hotel you get the possibility to pass a online check-in. For the opening of the rooms and the hotel outside the reception times, the guest receives a number code. The parking is free and without prior registration. Very practical. TIP: The access to the parking house is over the Murnau road behind the house. Unfortunately the notice at the main entrance has grown. :D The check-in itself is running smoothly. You already notice a certain nonchalance, but it is quite sympathetic. In the entrance area there are snack and drink machines and computer workplaces. The rooms are bright, all uniform and compact. Windows can be opened, the climate long works well. The beds are just large enough with 80*200CM and have a pleasant hardness. TV and WiFi were there. Last with changing quality. Very ordinary was the cleanliness. Breakfast is really cheap with EUR 10.50 p.p. Selection and quality are in order. Coffee is available from the full machine, juice from the donor. Besides the usual suspects, there are also brood and sweet bakery available. B&B fulfils exactly what you connect with the brand. The accommodation is cheap and practical.

We stayed for a long weekend at the end of November 2021. The hotel is brand new and it shows. Everything was clean and spotless. The hotel is located close to a highway, so super convenient if you are travelling by car. Can't comment on the access to downtown by transport, but the hotel has a huge board at the entrance explaining how to get to downtown Wiesbaden by public transport. We used hotels parking, which was OK priced, but in the aftermath saw that there were plenty of parking spaces nearby so you may want to check before booking parking. The queen room that we stayed in was absolutely fine. Comfy bed and not noisy aircon. Clean bathroom with a shower. Breakfast was ok too. Nothing special, but you don't expect extravaganza in HI express. I have knocked off 1 star for service, as the check-in guy didn't mention my status and also did not give us an option of extra points or a drink in the bar. I just received my bonus points the next day. Otherwise, we had a pretty nice no thrills stay. Would definitely stay again.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. We were staying in the separate building (some hundred meters), so not very comfortable for breakfast and pool, which are in the main building. who busy the room. Unfortunately as always the moquettes and tapehouse furniture do not leave any room. Another small signal: the water of the pool a little cold. extremely good breakfast. extremely kind staff.

The hotel is well located close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and the city center and most of the attractions in Wiesbaden, the public transportation is amazing, there is a bus stop like 50 meters away from it. As the Hotel per se, is really clean, the room and bathroom were really fresh, the room had a super mini fridge, but is enough for water and drinks; we went there with our 7 and 5 year old kids, and believe me when I say is FAMILY FRIENDLY, the pool was really nice and enjoyable and the sauna as well. No negative comments.

The middle of the ”New Center” is this hotel. As we were there, the water damage was not yet remedied. The side entrance with the chairs did it also. The rooms are large enough, clean and in the bathroom there are glasses of glass, no plastic. Donors in the bathroom for the soap are also a good sign, no micropacks. Beds ok, TV large and Wi-Fi went also very well. The river beautiful, a little dark light? Railway station near, as well shops. The city is well what I could see so. There are the commercial revenues. The reception is in the fourth floor. I assume it will come back down when the water damage is fixed. Great breakfast with everything drum and there. Respect. Similarly, for the two women at the reception who answered my question of another room sovereignly. Otherwise, her colleague who found my question unfair.

Perfect hotel for one night. The sleep quality was great. The hotel is nearby the highway, but nothing is disturbing your sleep. The price was excellent. The hotel isn't ultra modern, but for staying one night is perfect.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe room is clean and well-equipped. Drinks in the mini bar are free. The front desk and store staff have very good service. There was an unexpected surprise just before Christmas. Recommended to stay.
GGuest UserThis was the first hotel we stayed at, as part of a 7 month trip through Europe and Africa. Will admit - not the best idea, as this apartment is SO NICE, that you'll end up comparing all your future hotel rooms against it (and they'll probs come up short). Beautiful converted building, spacious rooms, everything feels recently renovated and clean. The owner was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to help us. Our room looked over the main square and fountain, and was extremely nice to fall asleep at night with the window opening listening to people walk past, eating at cafe and the fountain in the background. Only thing to note is that the beds seem a little small. We're used to a king at home, or queen when we travel. This may indeed be a queen, but it feels like a double. I fell off the bed (while sleeping) one night we stayed. Not fun as bed is quite high. Excellent stay in Mainz, and a great alternative to Frankfurt if they're having a convention (and the prices go sky-high). Old town here is small, but there's enough stuff to keep one busy for a few days.
GGuest UserIt’s about 3 minutes away from Mainz Central Station. It’s easy to go to any attractions. The breakfast buffet is very rich. The bathroom does not have a door. It would be inconvenient if you have friends living with you. I’m here to watch the football game. It’s a very happy journey. Come Mainz will definitely stay again.
GGuest UserThis is the second time we’ve stayed at the AC hotel in Mainz. Although it is across the street from the train station, the sound of multiple trains and trams is not heard in hotel rooms. But the convenience of being close to a transportation center cannot be understated. The hotel itself is lovely and clean, the front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the on-site restaurant (Adam and Eden) has windows overlooking the area. Since we were visiting family members in Mainz, we only ate breakfast there, but it included an amazing buffet. In fact, we invited our family to join us for a delicious breakfast all 3 days of our stay. Last but not least, out wait staffer, Osiris (sp?) was a real pleasure, anticipating our needs before we asked. His professionalism and sence of humor helped make our journey special. He is a treasure. Joy & Larry of California
GGuest UserI was called this morning by a lady from the favorite restaurant. She wanted to talk to me about my criticism. First you told me that the service staff had a completely different perception and that the restaurant had cameras installed and everything was recorded. First, the information about the cameras irritated me, but I answered that it is in principle good, because it was all recorded and can be assessed in fact. The perception of the servants did not seem to me to be related to facts. Objectively, I can understand – What can you tell the chief if you are in an explanation need... The lady wanted to hear my version again, it was hardly because you've always interrupted me. She took words in her mouth that I would never use, namely it was claimed that I don't want to be “filled” when the server wanted to give me the same wine once 2-tes without asking if I wanted to. The next time it went on and a new corresponding wine should be served. Finally, I said I do not find the conversation to be targeted and I would like to finish it. Finally, the lady has told the audience that you don't want to see us in this restaurant. All right! I wrote that in my criticism that we don't come anymore. Maybe not everything was read or the lady wanted the last word. For me, this is an example of a painful reprocessing...and unfortunately confirms me in what I wrote. There are so great restaurants in Frankfurt, where there were several times, such as Villa Merton, La Fleur, (previously Emma Metzler), Maintower or Lohninger – there is quality, service and friendliness and we're going back there! PS tip error correction from the main criticism: Keller = Keller; if= who
韶韶妹It was too late for the itinerary to check in, so it was a waste of money for one night. I regret not buying insurance this time, otherwise I can get a little compensation. I can only check the itinerary next time and book the room.
GGuest UserThe hotel breakfast is praised, and the blueberry freedom and yogurt freedom are realized.
However, the facilities of foreign hotels are indeed not as good as those of domestic hotels, and there are even no slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes.
GGuest UserExcellent stuff and good breakfast the room is clean and comfortable just I half one comment regarding the TV channels there is no English Channel I hope if the hotel management they manage to add English channels nearby that is a Turkish supermarket and also another big supermarket 2 restaurants very close to the hotel approximately 10 m away Italian and German restaurant Bus station is approximately 200 m away to the city center and main train station
