Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent stay at your resort. We paid S$1,175.40 for 2 nights, and unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standard expected for the price. During our stay, we encountered the following issues: The room heater was not warm enough, making the room uncomfortable. No complimentary mineral water was provided. Slippers were not provided in the room. The cleanliness of the room was only average and did not meet expectations. The breakfast selection was very basic, with limited variety and quality. Considering the amount we paid, we do not believe the stay offered good value for money. We had expected a much higher standard of accommodation, amenities, and service. We would appreciate it if you could review our feedback and advise whether any form of compensation or goodwill gesture can be offered. We look forward to your prompt response.

The environment here is absolutely amazing and incredibly relaxing. The service is top-notch, and I really loved everything about it. I'll definitely be back, and my whole family had a fantastic time. The coffee in the lobby is excellent too! Next time, I'll make sure to stay for a few more days.

Seaworld is an awesome place to stay. Everything at your finger tips. Seaworld is right next door. Three minute walk. Staff are the most friendly staff I have ever come across.

Parking spaces are far less than enough. Cannot find one on all three days of stay (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday) Hotel can give you tickets of all theme parks before check-in time (15:00) when you approach the front desk or when you check-in on-line. Unfortunately, the link given to me was not working. If that link works, I can go direct to the theme parks before visiting the hotel. Very convenient for entering Sea World (just get in through the gift shop next to the hotel front desk). Probably that's the reason why the car park is always full. Desert at lounge cafe is good. The check-out time (10:00) seems a bit too early.

It was very convenient, being right next to Seaworld. However, the parking lot was full, and I had a hard time finding a spot.

The room is huge! The bed is also very large! One bed can easily fit one adult and one child. The water park inside the hotel is so much fun! Highly recommend for families traveling with children to Gold Coast!

We were there for 5 days and really enjoyed it. We did not need to go outside as we have everything at the resort. The resort is connected to Sea World so very convenient when the kids need a nap during the day. Food is nice and there are a few options as well. The buffet was good even though there was long queue, it was moving fast as the restaurant was big enough. Will definitely come back!
