I stayed at this Premier Inn on Sunday 31st March 2024. Unfortunately my mobile had very little charge left & I failed to bring my charger along with me & being such a prehistoric mobile, thought that there was very little chance of reception having a suitable charger. To my relief & amazingly enough, they did. All credit to Mark, the receptionist on duty.He found me a suitable charger after searching.Nothing was too much trouble for him.He was extremely polite, courteous & diligent. Thanks again Mark.

The staff are really helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and spacious. The bed was really comfortable and we had the option of additional pillows (in a sealed bag). I was really impressed for the price. We only stayed one night and it was perfect for our needs. This is a budget hotel providing an excellent service.

Really disappointing stay. Stayed with my partner as we were having a little weekend getaway. Check in was great, Edit was the perfect person to greet us, and was very nice. The issue we had was with the thermostat and bathroom (the tao was leaking, but that wasnt the main issue). We had the heating on during the evening, but when it was time for bed, I tried turning it down, but the room just seemed to get hotter and hotter. As it was quite late (1.30am), I didn't want reception in our room trying to fix it. I looked at the thermostat guide on the table, and even googled how to fix it... nothing was working. We opened the window fully and even opted to sleep on the little sofa bed thing next to the window, still far too hot. I then conceded and went to reception and was given a fan, but even with it on, it didn't make much a difference. In the morning, I returned the fan (having had no sleep at all), where the maintenance guy said "are you in room 58" is said yes, he said "there's a fully tap and thermostat in your room" I said yes. He said "yeh it's on my list of things to do, I'm going to go up and take a look at it now" What troubles me about that, is that I didn't tell reception about the tap, so it tells me these repairs were due to be dealt with before our arrival. Therefore, we were knowingly given a room that required maintenance. I'm not usually one for reviews, but I can confidently say I will not be staying at a Priemier Inn again. Not expecting 5 star treatment, but a comfortable night's sleep should be guaranteed.

Hotel was fairly basic but clean and had everything we needed. All staff were friendly and helpful in particular the reception team and also Dave who went over and above to provide us with a route home avoiding the M25 closure 👍

Another very comfortable 3 night stay. Room clean and warm. Fresh air if needed as you can open window. Bed comfortable and shower always nice and hot. Breakfast next door plentiful and tasty. Good value for money. Staff friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

The staff here are amazing, they go above and beyond and are a real credit to the company. We left our daughters comfort blanket behind and phoned as soon as we realised (midnight). Luke searched the hotel lost property and could not find it but reassured us they would all search again in the morning. We thought it may have been scooped up in the bedding and sent to laundry. After searching the hotel and the room we’d been in (with no joy) Luke searched the entire dirty laundry pile before it was sent out and managed to find it for us. He phoned me straight away as he knew how stressful this had been. All the staff helped with the search and were so lovely. They really are a credit to premier inn and I hope the company recognises this.

Standard premier inn but restaurant poor at dinner and breakfast. Breakfast particularly bad, not all items available, no yogurt fruit or bacon! Mentioned on checkout and staff at reception not interested. Contacted premier inn and a month later no response. Have stayed in premier inn around the country and this was the worst experience.

Great location for the M20 but also away from traffic noise so great nights sleep achieved The staff are great and welcoming and the restaurant is accessible internally - great for rainy and cold days

We received the warmest welcome when we arrived late in the evening and were released at how fresh and tidy the hotel appeared -unfortunately the same could not be said about the room …it smelt stale , was bland-feeling somewhat un finished , and had a very weak shower… I don’t think anyone would recognise it as ‘premier inn’ standard Breakfast was served in the linked ‘beefeater’ and was fine -though by now I don’t think the slow motion toast track machines should still be based on 2 attempts and it’s still hardly warm ,3rd time lucky -and it’s burnt again within the breakfast areas the staff were friendly , as was the charming receptionist as we checked out So 5 stars for the customer facing staff, and a low 3 for the hotel and with so many other hotel Options near by we wouldn’t stay there again
