Bel appartement de 40m2, propre, calme , bien équipé, très agréable. Seul bémol : Un peu loin de la gare routière, 1,6 km si vous visitez l île en bus.

As the weather in the UK had been so diabolical, we decided to book a last minute getaway. We thought it would be best to stay in Mahon rather than the beach resorts as it was out of season. We made a good decision booking Royal Life. Perfectly situated for both the centre of Mahon and the marina, we were able to walk to both within minutes. The apartment was large and basically equipped but suited our needs perfectly. A big shout out for the staff, especially the young lady on the reception desk who was really friendly and helpful. Mahon is a beautiful city and we loved it.

Stayed for a night before flying home to (a) enjoy Mahon and (b) be near the airport. The apartment was perfect for both- in the East of the city but excellent location for walking in to the centre, and a big Eroski supermarket the other way. The building itself has a '70s vibe - it's not cutting edge cool but clean and rather endearing for that 'retro' feel. No lift, good Aircon and good wifi. TV had bbc 1,2,4, parliament channel (a first for me) ITV1, C4,5 and CBBC . The rear is also spacious, quiet and residential in a good way. For the price in Mahon it was an absolute bargain

Very helpful and friendly staff, our apartment was spacious and clean although we felt that the bathroom would benefit from being updating, the bath especially and maybe tile around the shower. The pool was lovely and cool after a day of site seeing and very well kept with regular cleaning. Great value for the money and would visit again!

Our stay at Apartanentos Turisticos Royal Life was great, the property staff are very friendly. The apartment was spacious, room was big with a big bed, loads of storage. The kitchen was well equipped, mini fridge was available. Crockery and cutlery was there for use. Everyday housekeeping was available. The property has its own swimming pool and gym. Walking distance to the Port of Mao, bus stop was walking distance too. The apartment has its own private balcony. Overall it was well worth a stay. Cons - bit too expensive for a 2 star property. The Aircon was not in the room but was on top of the kitchen section.

Lovely apartment complex, staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool very quiet. Lovely garden outside our apartments terrace. Situated short walk to harbour and city centre, 2 minutes from bakery and supermarket. Lots of free parking in surrounding streets.

Location near the port, terrific reception staff, light and airy apartment. Water not hot first day of arrival. Bed mattress springs hurting back. Mattress toppers put on the bed immediately. Travelled home with back still painful. Chairs and settee (bed) felt very hard when sitting on them. No chopping board which would be useful. Otherwise sufficiently equipped to self cater. WiFi needed relogging in frequently. Gcilla on reception incredibly helpful, friendly, efficient and proactive. Any queries or problems were sorted immediately. The apartment was cleaned and was spotless when we arrived. Very good value for money. Pre arrival requests were met. Room 26 had a lovely view of the pool.Very quiet at night and few people staying. Can imagine that during high season it will be much busier and noisy. A terrific location between the town and the port.

Thank you so much for the lovely members of the staff for all the information and care. Special to the lovely young lady from Peru and Romanian girl from reception. You guys are amazing. Nothing was a problem, they all always have a smile on the face to us. We love Mahon and we hope to see you guys soon. Lot's of love

Staff were excellent Room we stayed in no12 was in need of updating.

The receptionists were very friendly and able to answer all my questions comprehensively. There was a daily room cleaning, and the rooms were very spacious. I thought the pool opened too late at 10am, as I'm a morning swimmer, but this is just personal preference really.

Highly recommended. Very easy check in and very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. We very much enjoyed having the use of the balcony and the apartment had everything required for basic cooking. The pool wasn't yet open for the season but it was in a nice setting. Great location for Mahon centre and very close to the harbourside for bars and restaurants.

Nous avions réservé 3 appartements. les 27 et 28, rénovés avec terrasse. Un autre pas rénové (je ne me souviens plus du numéro). Les appartements sont spacieux, avec le nécessaire pour faire une cuisine rapide. La piscine est accessible de 10h à 19h (pas possible d'y boire ou fumer). Très proche du port à pied (environ 10min). Euroski à 10min à pieds également. Nous avons du rendre la chambre à 11h mais nous avions la possibilité de rester à la piscine avant de prendre notre vol, ce qui est un enorme plus ! De plus, il y a disposition un grand vestiaire avec douche et toilettes afin de se changer avant de prendre l'avion. Bref c'était top, merci.

Apartahotel con unas habitaciones bastante sencillas. Nosotros estuvimos una noche tres personas y otra noche cuatro personas. La habitación tiene dos camas y pusieron una cama supletoria en el salón a la vez que habilitaron el sofá para dormir. Las camas son cómodas. Los apartamentos están un poquito dejados, por ejemplo, las ventanas de una habitación son de aluminio y las del salón son de madera. El salón cuenta con una pequeña cocina, fregadero y nevera pequeñita. El baño mejorable, la ducha tenía una enorme mancha amarilla . Nos dejaron únicamente un rollo de papel higiénico para dos días… y tuvimos que solicitar toallas de baño adicionales, puesto que solo nos habían dejado dos. El aire acondicionado funciona con una llave que viene atada a la llave de la habitación (no nos podrás separar) y no funciona tiempo completo, sino que se va poniendo y apagando. El desayuno juntamos por no cogerlo, ya que nos cobraban 12 € a los adultos y 8 al niño. La piscina es bonita y cuando nosotros estuvimos muy tranquila. Estaba un poco sucia porque los días anteriores había llovido barro. Dos noches teniendo en cuenta lo anterior fueron 391 euros en la tercera semana de junio…. Barato desde luego no. No repetiría.
