Excellent hotel to stay whilst in Istanbul, very easily accessible to the city and only 20mins away from the airport, 5mins away from the mall of Istanbul, it also has very well respected staffs and room service is always on point

First things first, the apartment is very nice and clean. Good ambience.
Service is really ridiculous. All slippers were taken away after room service, and left us one pair of new one in a 2-bedroom family apartment. All phones don't come with extension numbers and directories. There's no way to call either the reception or housekeeping. I had to using roaming to dial international number to the hotel, and then, no one ever answered at the reception. Heck.

Beautiful looking hotel, great staff. The Location is not really the best but there was a huge mall 10min drive away. Taxis and public transportation is accessible but the traffic is crazy in this area. I stayed for 3 nights and I was moderately comfortable, there was a
Strange smell in the room and I would blame the damp.. I don’t know if Turkey struggles with damp a lot but is seems like they do seeing that the last hotel I stayed in had the same problem.
Besides this the hotel was nice, with a beautiful atrium.
There was also a Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel building with very high priced food plus tax charges, I only had lunch there once and made sure to avoid it afterwards. The only thing I can say is the hotel is maintained well compared to what I have experienced in the past. I really appreciated the service when checking in, there was a person to help to with your bags and show you to your room and helps you connect to the Wi-Fi, this was a nice gesture. The hotel also has security with scanners which gives the guest a sense of real security, I liked this.
There leisure centre was amazing, they have a great fully equipped gym free to used with staff. They also provide a personal trainer at an extra cost.

Just be aware of your arrival date. This hotel policy is really strict on date modification. Be 100% sure of your arrival date date before you confirm your bookings with this hotel.

Some of the pictures are deceiving. I saw bathtub in pictures but real room didn’t have . They forgot to clean our room . I asked toothbrush but they didn’t deliver . There was no soap to wash hands . There was construction in the very early morning and some of the windows are not closed properly so you hear all traffic noises

I have very bad experience in this hotel, Bathroom drains not working well, concerge is also very bad , i ask for electric adapter to use it with my phone charger and Mr. tuner ask to get 150 TL to give me this service this was really discusting and not accptable from 5 starts hotel. i not reccomend this hotel to any bussiness teaveler
