The staff were so very kind and caring. Food was so delicious, I strongly recommend you to try out food at welcomcafe riva for its multiple cuisines. Pool facilities were operational till 7 pm Sitting near Namma shack at nightime was pure bliss Overall a super experience for family & friends.

Excellent Amazing food, great view. I really enjoyed the property the location the breakfast buffet was really outstanding the staff are so kind . Check in was so smooth,pool is very nice , special thanks to Ananya and Namita. Morning sunrise you will love in the property.I loved the vibe staying over here.

After comparing other similar properties we finally decided to stay in Welcom and we are happy that we took the right decision. Location was perfect as our room category was upgraded , the chefs of both the restaurant were pleased to offer us out of the menu dishes specifically made for us and even gave us complimentary dessert , the hotel staff took all efforts to make our stay very comfortable but I'll appreciate the out of the way efforts done by Mr Kabeer the hotel ***ager who helped us in bringing our mobile which was left back in hotel Taj at chennai by sending the hotel staff all the way from mahabalipuram to chennai just to pick our mobile and hand over to us as we had a flight to catch. Will definitely stay here on our next visit.

We stayed at ITC Mahabalipuram.......it's a beautiful property. Kids really had fun at play area and beach. Staff was very courteous and polite. We got an upgrade for our room even as we were traveling with kids. Food was tasty and with varied options.

We had a fabulous time here. Everyone was super helpful. A special mention of thanks to Rintu, Satish, Jakir, Ananya, Ameena, Samita and Habib who went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The pool is excellent and the beach is super clean and accessible. This time of the year the water is also perfect. Food is great and we got upgraded to rooms near the pool which were super convenient. We will come back soon. The shore temples are a stones throw away and really nice place to visit.

This place is truly beautiful and worth staying at. Trust me, I have been to some of the best resorts in Bali, Thailand, and Singapore, and this one definitely gives you the feel of an international resort. The location, food (buffet), and service are all five-star quality. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. The bedding in the rooms could have been a little cleaner, and the balcony could have been free from bird droppings. The prices for the Ala Carte menu are also quite high and could be lowered. Charging 250/- for 80/- Ginger Ale doesn't make sense to me. Overall, it was a nice stay. Thanks to Ananya, Lokesh. Such a wonderful team.

We stayed on 16th and 17th March 2024 in the Garden Bungalow. Front Office ***ager, Mr. Ahamad Kabeer and his staff were cordial in checking in and checking out. The stay was comfortable with a spacious room with all modern amenities. The atmosphere was serene and healthy. Gardens, sea views, beach, swimming pool, children park and walking paths are enjoyable. All the staff are very polite, soft spoken and are very helpful. We are senior citizens with physical disabilities. The staff helped us with wheelchairs to visit all the facilities and the restaurant. Mr. Sasi was very prompt and helpful in solving any issue we faced and made the stay very pleasant. We should thank the chef and his staff for the wonderful food we enjoyed. All the preparations were very good, tasty and delicious. It suited us, the senior citizens. The complimentary breakfast had ***y choices and was enjoyable. All the restaurant staff behaved politely and served promptly to enjoy the food. Ms.Keya served us with special attention and we appreciate her dutiful service to us, the senior citizens. We enjoyed our time together ❤️
