We initially made a reservation for a premier sea front room. When we checked in, hotel did not give us the room what we paid for and put us in a room with no windows. Blankets were torn and with mold, stains on pillow cases, room not clean, stains on toilet seat, and room walls damaged with water leak. When we asked the hotel staff to change the room and arguing that this is not the room what we paid for, they could find a premier sea front room. That room also had issues with torn blankets, stains on pillow cases, and room not clean. After paying tips to hotel staff, they could take care of these issues. The positive things about our stay is excellent food, and a great location with direct access to the beach. We had dinner and breakfast. Both were good. This place has a great potential to become a prime place if the hotel can take care of cleanliness of the rooms and the facilities.
